Results are ALWAYS perfect whether an OLD wing back chair (Ethan Allen needing updating) or two very thick bottom cushions with piping; two rather large French-style back pillows (purchased in 2006) for two oversized chairs and matching ottoman; and even an old black leather piano stool needing updating. Quite a bit of savings versus buying new if you can update and keep the great quality you had initially. Carlos' team is also always polite; great communications re: status of your project and always "there" when I need them! GREAT TEAM and GREAT Leader and FAST as I've needed each project!
