Results are ALWAYS perfect whether an OLD wing back chair (Ethan Allen needing updating) or two very thick bottom cushions with piping; two rather large French-style back pillows (purchased in 2006) for two oversized chairs and matching ottoman; and even an old black leather piano stool needing updating. Quite a bit of savings versus buying new if you can update and keep the great quality you had initially. Carlos' team is also always polite; great communications re: status of your project and always "there" when I need them! GREAT TEAM and GREAT Leader and FAST as I've needed each project! BTW, it is so nice for someone to remember you whether it be a year or 7 years between projects. I feel as though we had just talked, as he and his team are so friendly, and he remembers my projects. I called back and asked what types of cushions there, so I don't have to drive out there. vaguely knew hat was available. I asked about warranty on the cushion seats they didn't know they had to speak with her manager first. Then said they were out of most of the cushion forms and couldn't do anything till December. couldn't tell us that in the beginning? doesn't the person working with the customers have all this information from the start?? Cluelless...should not be this difficult. I'm taking my business somewhere else.

The shop is about half way between Fulton and 27th St. there is a well worn sign on his section of the building. She cut 14 swatches for me! I paid for my fabric for the office chair and left with my 14 swatches with a promise to be back in a day or 2 when I decided on the other fabric. Well, they actually did spray paint and it was the wrong color that did not match and it looked horrible. I brought my car into them and they immediately looked at the issue and fixed it so very fast, they told me it was gonna take two hours and it only took one hour for them to call me and say it was ready. I contacted Anthony on September 28 and arranged to get the chairs picked up on October 1. Within hours, he called back and expressed concerns with the amount of fabric provided, but told me that he will review again and call back with any concerns. After not hearing from him on over 18 days, I called him to get a status on the chairs. To my surprised, he had not started the work and claimed he would start in a week. During this conversation, Anthony argued with me about the length of time he has had the chairs, and declined continuing the job. It must be nice to be in a position to decline jobs and argue with clients. Definitely a learning experience and pay more for better service.
