Unable to give zero stars! We used Zach Watkins with Divine Concrete a few years ago to redo our floors. We wanted to stain the concrete under the existing wood floor. He said it could be done and would only take a week. We ended up having to basically move out of our house to have this work done. Most of our furniture was stored in a COW in the driveway, but we boxed up other items and stored in shelves or in the garage. He did not supervise the crew working for him. He did not participate in the work once he made the deal with us. The men that were the actual ones working on our floor did not know what they were doing. They found painted concrete under the wood floor that was taken up and did not know how to remove it from the concrete. They tried multiple different chemicals that are not safe. The floor was flooded and standing liquid of Xylene at one point which soaked up into our drywall. We were not able to return to our home for over two months. The floor was not prepped correctly and they never completely removed the paint. The flood ended up not being stained. It was "polished'. So we ended up with a minimally shiny garage looking gray floor that was hideous. While working on our floor, they damaged our walls, shutters, baseboards and broke two toilets. Once they "finished" the job and left our home, we discovered the crew he had working in our home had robbed us and stolen many valuable items. We filed a police report and hired a lawyer. We have never recovered our stolen property or received a settlement on the damages done to our floor and home. DO NOT USE Divine Concrete or Zach Watkins! You have been warned! read more
