It's so colorful and cheerful inside. You can feel the creativity flowing and gelling. Inspo is everywhere. The staff were so welcoming and supportive-especially to someone who still paints like an elementary school kid (that would be me). We paid $10 for the special ghouls night out session... but I've heard you can do walk ins, too. There are shelves full of all sorts of figures and plates and other pottery to choose from. The prices are on the bottom-and that covers the paint and the firing. My friend and I had a table to ourselves-and could spread out our snacks and drinks (they had cupcakes, cookies and small cans of soda available but you can also byob and foods. We brought charcuterie items, champagne and pumpkin doughnuts). It was such a relaxing and happy experience-painting, snacking and chatting. The staff checks on you. You can also go ask for more paint at any time. My spider won't win any awards-but he sure was fun to decorate! I can't wait to see how he'll look after firing. I'm told the colors will darken. This means you can choose from stencils of all sizes and patterns, stamp type devices to imprint designs, and best of all....a computer to search images that the studio will then image and re-size for you on the spot to have a custom stencil for your creation! I've tried painting my own wine glass, blah blah...hideous, but really I was in it for the experience. This studio raised the bar so much for me! I called about 3 weeks in advance to book a private party in their small room. There were 12 of us (7 adults and 5 children). When I called to book I spoke with Anna who was super helpful in answering all of my questions. She was also our guide the day of the party. We were able to bring in our own food and drinks for the party. I will note that the party room does not have a ton of extra space if you have a larger party. There is a counter that can be used. Once our whole party arrived Anna gave instructions on what price point to stay within (pre arranged) and sent us off on our own to choose which ceramic we wanted. Then she instructed us to pick which colors we would like. You start with 4 and can add more as needed. Then we got to work. Our whole group was engaged in their project. The woman in the aisles told me they had none in the store. When I told her that I found them on line, she said, "You should have called." Direct and to the point. She kept working. I browsed the aisles, and found some items I needed, and got in line to pay. While waiting, I decided to buy face covers with my 50% off coupon - $9.99 instead of $19.99. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Today, Raven helped me get a refund for the face covers. The material was too thin and too small for Husband. Raven was polite, efficient, and I knew she was smiling behind her face mask. I was in and out in record time. The store is clean, well laid out, has great inventory, and most of the staff are a joy. All wore masks, and stickers on the floor helped check outs maintain social distancing. I will continue to patronize this location - especially for Raven!

They always have a coupon for most stuff and I really like they appreciate the Military and give us a discount. Although you can only use one couple at a time. I bought a cricut maker and am so excited to use it. They had a lot of the supplies for the machine on sale which is a big plus. Supplies and the machine are not cheap but I hope to make some money one I learn how to use it.
