I don't want to identify myself while my case is still unresolved and risk having my case sabotaged before I have the chance to find another attorney after they've dragged me along for nearly two years. I genuinely feel bad for the staff because my case manager was always responsive. It seemed like she was the only one making an effort because the attorney who was supposedly assigned to my case never communicated with me--not once. And that's considering I had two "case managers" during the duration of my case. After nearly two years, I never had a single conversation with the attorney who was supposedly representing me. I did everything they asked of me. I attended therapy, provided witnesses, gathered evidence, and followed every instruction they gave me. Despite all of that, they never filed my case. Now, after almost two years, they've decided to drop my case, saying it "isn't feasible to pursue." If that was truly the case, why did they accept it in the first place? Why continue representing me for nearly two years if you never intended to take it to court? If my case was so weak that it wasn't worth pursuing, you should have been honest from the beginning instead of wasting valuable time that I can never get back. To make matters worse, after keeping me in limbo all this time, they tell me I now have only a limited amount of time left to find another attorney and pursue my claim. Their delay has put me in a far more difficult position than I would have been in had they simply declined my case from the start. Based on my experience, this firm appears to be more interested in cases that lead to quick settlements than in genuinely advocating for their clients. If that's not the case, then their lack of commitment is deeply concerning. Either way, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this firm.

The settlement was for 100k, but I received only around 28k after three years of their bogus waiting game. The case was cut and dry. Their mode of operation is to drag it out for perceived value. Due to an email sent by Stan Pekler. In which he mentioned several items for me to approve. One was to set a trial date, hidden in some bullet points. I trustingly and unsuspectingly complied. Only to realize later there was no need to set a trial date. Except for the clause in the contract that states they get an increase in commission if the case is settled within a certain time of a trial date. But that is the only reason STAN PECKLER tricked me into agreeing. Setting a trial date should be its own email, and it should reiterate the bump in commission. Especially in my case, as Stan never got me back my copy of the contract in the first place, and in the email he sent, he added setting a trial date in the bullet points. Sleazy! That raised their commission from 33% to 40%. Then when the argument ensued, Stan, who, just like the devil himself at one vulnerable point, claimed to "love" me. He actually uttered those words--what a piece of work. Anyway, the love turned out to be his lust for money. In the end, Stan would not return my calls or text. Nor did I ever receive receipts for payments of any other correspondences I requested. To top it all off. I am now receiving threatening collecting letters from a Radiology lab whom FRISH LAW didn't pay, out of the astronomical Doctor bills they claim to have paid on my behalf, of which I received no proof. So, in the end, they took 40% of the 100k and didn't even do their job. There is a lot more to say. If stealing your money isn't enough, message me; I might be willing to elaborate further. If you use them, I would cross out all the commissions on the contract, write in one fair amount, and have them take it or leave it. Also, put a time limit on them. I encourage anyone who feels this way about this firm to contact the California state BAR.
