I was pretty nervous about this class for the usual reasons (i'm not fit enough, i can't do it, im going to make a fool of myself, etfc.) But from the moment I walked in it was apparent that my worries were totally unfounded. The instructor James (who is also the owner I believe) was an incredible motivator. He made me feel really comfortable the whole class. He pushed me but also didn't shame me when I needed a break. After the class I felt AMAZING. Accomplished, strong, capable, exhausted (yet somehow energized), and HAPPY. I can't wait to come back and try another class. Get some!

Then I stayed for the TRX Body Blast and it was killer! I have been working out steadily all year but I immediately felt how the TRX gets to muscles I wasn't using and also allows for some more dynamic movement like swings that are just more fun than lifting weights. I will definitely be back for more classes and I'm so glad I can now use the TRX and bells at other gyms when I travel! Definitely recommended!

I had an incredibly hard time getting the weight off, but always noticed that when I exercised that weight fell off rather easily. Unfortunately I had a love/hate relationship with the gym, and while I would lose 10 pounds in a few weeks, I would gain it all back after my boredom with the gym caused me to go back to my old ways. I have found an exercise routine I can stick to and love thanks to The Wright Movez. This love stems from the following: 1. The owner and instructors. Natalie, the owner, truly has a heart of gold which radiates and thereby permeates the entire establishment. She cares about her members and it shows. The instructors are WONDERFUL. They are all friendly, engaging, and will not make you feel silly if you cannot catch the rhythm of the songs right away. Natalie's energy is contagious, and I always look forward to her classes! I especially appreciate that there are women of all sizes and colors who teach at this establishment. You can tell they are "feeling the music", and not just counting steps here. 2. Toning classes They also offer toning- which is essential to weight loss along with the cardio Zumba offers. The workouts are well rounded. 3. Diversity I LOVE the combination of ages and abilities here. I never feel out of place. 4. Events There are always events being held here- they also host events, as their flyer reads. 5. Location It's right off of I-95, on the Boston Post Rd. Although it is located behind a series of store-fronts, the large Zumba flags and banner makes it hard to miss. I've been going here for about two months and I am losing on average about 10 pounds a month... I know I am losing this weight (and toning!) the way I am because I love going and it has become a part of my daily routine. I can't say it enough. I absolutely love this place, and recommend it highly without reservation.

I have been working with John regularly but have also had the opportunity of meeting another trainer Matt. Both John and Matt are incredibly professional, dedicated and hardworking. From my first day at R3 to this very day they listen to my goals, concerns and help me achieve my goals in weight loss and getting stronger. They answer any questions I have and they truly want me to do better. I look forward to going to my sessions there. My only regret is not joining sooner!
