I have found with most dive shops yes they care about you as a diver but ultimately they want to sell you gear and make a sale, however with Underwater Antics your not getting talked into buying something you don't need or being pressured into purchasing anything, you can completely tell that the owners Tim & Cheryl really just want to share the underwater world with others and do so in a safe and most affordable way possible. This was an amazing trip which ends close to where the river flows into lake Michigan. The water was super clear and I highly recommend this trip. Pack some lunch and drinks in a small waterproof cooler and add the extra time so as not to be rushed. Riverside canoes has a nice shop and good equipment. You do have to pay for parking though when you drop off your vehicle which stinks.
