I went in and was told about a $75 special for 3 modalities. I picked my three and asked the two…read moreat the desk several times to clarify what I was getting. I was then asked to add several ingredients to my IV for an additional $120 and I said NO, let's stick to the $75 I agreed to. As I was getting the IV I was offered the leg compression for free so why not. Then when I went to pay I was hit with a $375 bill. I said what happened to the $75? She left and came back and said the IV was not included and I added a lot to it. I said NO to the additives and I was told the IV was one of the 3 for $75. We went back and forth for around 10 minutes while the owner sat in the office and just listened. The next day I called her for her just to say yes I knew you left upset. She assured me her staff did nothing wrong and I wasn't listening. She agreed to refund me the ingredients. Several days later I get an email for a store credit. I asked for a refund and not a store credit. The staff is extremely nice but very misleading.
