Jackie initially answered the phone call, but my inability to properly identify the part made ordering by phone impossible. I went to the store and Julie hopped right on it. Her persistence paid off. First we discovered the part is not a valve but a vacuum breaker. She had to call the company because although we could see and ID the part, it did not display as being able to order it. The company sent her their parts catalog, Julie found the correct part number, and she was able to order it. The original order was cancelled due to a vendor number issue, and Julie was right in it, found the correct number, and made a new order. If I still owned a boat, I would do all my business there. Julie is supreme.
