I went there many years ago and liked it only went occasionally. Now I'm a regular I absolutely love the staff no attitude at all they treat everyone like a friend .. never an issue with my nails always come out beautiful and the quality, they last me a good month before I go back for my fills. I do get regular pedicure and gel manicure regularly basis. I might not be interested in going back here again. Usually, anywhere else they also focus on good moisturizing after the foot exfoliation and for the finger nails...cuticle's proper care is mandatory while doing the gel or any other type of manicure. I ended up having worse cuticles dry flaky...didn't seem like it was done professionally. Thankfully, my nails look better now after moisturizing for a few days. It was my first time and very much was looking forward to becoming a regular there as location wise so convenient but I am sorry...that's not how you get a service for what you pay. They leave their clients to pay attention on the other client who just came in instead of finishing up with one by one...first time experience! Their business would have shut down if they had other competitors in the same neighborhood. All my toe nails and finger nails look different from one another because the lady doing my nails was worried how to finsih up as soon as she could to take the next client. Left me a couple of times. This place was very rude and dismissive. It seems like they do great nails, but I felt very unwelcome upon entering. No one greeted, I had to initiate conversation as everyone was just staring at me. It was an uncomfortable feeling and I refuse to spend my money on a place that causes me to feel that way as a first time guest. Again, it seems like they do great nails, but where I am unwelcomed, I will take my money and time elsewhere. They are horrible here. They all have attitudes from the minute you walk in. I was literally told not to come back by one of the employees because she did SNS on my nails and it wouldn't dry. I offered to pay her to take the sns off and just get gel since it wasn't drying (I said "if they aren't drying I can pay to get that off and get gel instead ") she got very hostile and raised her voice saying "why would you want to take it off?" Very nasty to me. I said well if it's not drying. She then told me not to ever go back there and even said "you been coming here years. I trying to fix it, I don't know why it's not drying" Well I been getting sns on since it was around this area ------- and in this salon like she admitted and that never happened so who knows what she did. It's perfectly fine though. There are a ton of nail salons to take my business to. As you can read by the reviews I'm not the only one they are nasty to. You never have the same person. You will have your nails started by 1 person and 3 other people will touch your nails by the time you leave and don't ask them to fix anything because that is when you will be treated like garbage. I kept being loyal to them like she admitted for years because there are a FEW people in there that do good work. I had to just hope I got one of the few good workers so they looked nice when I was done. I have walked out of there plenty of times buying my tongue and going home and trying to fix them myself and STILL went back hoping to get the good worker. Not anymore. I've been to this place a few times. A few years ago I stopped because the tables were dirty and the staff rude. Then, during COVID, I went back because they actually cleaned the place, including their instruments. After COVID restrictions eased up, so did their cleaning. I went there a few months ago, and had another bad experience. I think the lady who did my manicure, wasn't even licensed. I was so unhappy about the manicure, that I went back the next day and asked to have them re-done. They rudely resisted, but they finally backed down. I also asked for a different person to do it. The whole time it went on, 2 employees sat next to me & watched. They talked sarcastically about me, to each other. When finished, they were surprised that I gave a tip. They were rudely yakking at me & I told them not to worry, I'd NEVER return! read more

Been going for about 10 years. Some techs are better than others. I don't like my nails filed aggressively to the point the tips and sides hurt or bleed. I try to avoid those techs. Place is clean and busy not a lot of chit chat which I like. read more

Always super busy. Staff will start you, then hop around to 3-5 other customers, leaving you there for long periods of time. This will go on multiple times during your visit... Obviously so you won't leave due to long wait time and they can have your money. Got a get manicure and my gel has literal chips in it after a week, which never happens when I go anywhere else. Don't waste your money. Also not sure how they make up their prices because I got gel on my real nails, and my friend I went with get acrylics w/gel and we both paid the same price soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. read more

June 23rd, 2023~ I stopped in for a pedi before attending a wedding the next day. I noticed that when the technician clipped my nails, a piece of my big toe nail broke, instead of clipping it off or filing it down, she went to a mani station and obtained glue or something to repair it, I thought this was odd, but figured she is the nail technician and has experience, she knows what she is doing...well I could not have been more WRONG because I went to leave for the wedding the next day, bumped it, but hard, and it fell apart. Ruined. After returning from the wedding, that Monday, I returned, tried to explain what happened, but she wouldn't really listen, told me 20 minutes and $5. I'm aggravated at this point because I had to drive all the way back due to their mistake and now I'm told this. Then they call me back and I asked the lady if she remembered me and tried to explain what happened when another lady quickly got up out of her seat to tell me to stop talking into which I responded I was explaining what happened then she said it wasn't helping anyone, I said well I sure hope so, maybe the next time you won't make the same mistake, what I am saying is constructive. I don't know what was worse that I had to drive all the way back, the way I was treated the 1st time when I arrived, or the way I was treated the 2nd time when I just v tried to explain what happened. No one on this salon speaks, they have a TV, and that's it. If you want to have ANY CONVERSATION you must bring a friend, it's sad. I won't be back, ever. Terrible way to treat customers all around. They wouldn't listen to be so i doubt they care about this yelp review, but maybe if enough ppl do what I'm doing, they will realize to gain and keep customers,,,, YOU NEED TO PROVIDE FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more

I love going to this salon anytime I need my nails done. They have such a wide variety of options. The workers are so friendly and personal with customers, it is a great environment. I know my nails will end up looking great any time I come here. Would recommend. read more

Great express nail salon addition to the area. Clean, bright and friendly technicians. Very fast, only had to wait about 20 minutes on the day before Christmas Eve when there's always a mad dash to beauty salons. Nice gel nail color selection, too! They use OPI gels, the best of them all. $25 for a gel mani, $30 for a pedi -- typical prices for NEPA. Will be coming back next time I'm around and in need of a quick touch-up. read more

Gets crowded in here! But, the staff is super-nice! They give me nice polish changes and last week, I entrusted my eyebrows to them because they desperately needed a waxing and I couldn't wait to see my normal hair lady! The nails look nice, and the tech did an excellent job on my brows. :) I'll be back soon. read more

Not a bad place, some of the workers are rude though. After years of going here, it was too much to handle. They don't always cut off the old acrylic, they do as much short cut as possible. read more
