My experience here was mixed. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk, and everyone was…read moreoccupied, so I waited about 4-5 minutes until someone came over. They checked my appointment and said I would start with the eyebrow mapping, but the tech was with someone, so told me to have a seat and she would come get me when she was done. I arrived early, so that was fine. I sat for 10 minutes, now 5 minutes after my appointment was due to start. A tech had come out and had someone pay, but didn't come get me, so I assumed she wasn't who would be doing my service. I continued to wait, then got up and looked at some of the items they have for sale. The tech was sitting at the front desk on her phone. She asked if I have an appointment, I said yes, for eyebrows, and she says "oh! That's with me!" Apparently it didn't occur to her that the person waiting was her client. The service was good. She mixed the tint too light the first time and offered to redo it, which I agreed to. After that, the nail tech greeted me and we sat down to do the mani portion of my mani-pedi. She complained that she'd done too many feet that day, so we would start with nails. She was helpful in assisting me with picking a colour. However she did not tell me that the one she suggested, which I accepted, was quite significantly more expensive than what I originally booked for, and I feel like an upcharge should be specified before performing the service. I got cat-eye polish, and that came with a "nail art" surcharge on top of the upcharge for that specific gel. I was also unsure about the sterility. She took the tools out of a plastic container with some liquid in it, not out of a sealed pouch or electric sterilizer. She suggested I do the same polish on my toes as well, and I knew I would be charged more for gel on the toes instead of a regular pedicure, but not by as much as it was. I also find that she rushed my pedicure as when I arrived home, I noticed that my toe nails were jagged and rough, and I had to file them myself, and I had a lot of dry skin still on my feet that I had to remove as well. What was originally booked as $135 (before tax) ended up being $195 (before tax), and none of that was ever told to me. The tech rushed, and mentioned several times how I'm the last client of the day and she'd had a long day. She was pleasant, not rude, she made conversation, very personable. But not impressed with the lack of transparency.

I personally do not recommend this place at all.. I've just read many other reviews about their…read morepersonal experiences and I should have read more before going. The girl who did my lashes was very nice but the glue was really burning my eyes like crazy. Even after waiting longer than the suggested time eriod of keeping my eyes closed... when I opened them they were still really burning... She told me that its normal and it would go away soon -- Literally 3 days later about 15 lashes fell out.. I only has something 40 on each eye so you can imagine how pissed I was. I followed their instructions which were not to wet them for 24 hours... do not use anything oil based on them and also to brush them at least once a day...which I followed. I contacted them and after days of back and forth I finally ask if they can interac e transfer me. They were not wiling to give me a full refund themselves and told me to go through the deal website I got it from...which on the website it CLEARLY stated that the merchant is the one who is responsible for delivering quality to their clients.. Anyways.. now the boss is not apologizing for the mishap she just kept telling me that I should take responsibility because they've never had a problem like this before... HOW DO THEY EXPLAIN ALL OF THESE HORRIBLE REVIEWS? At the end of the day there are many many other options than this place and I would avoid it at alllll costs.

In a very unattractive location , that isn't well maintained. I arrived for lash refill which I…read moreusually get done elsewhere but needed refill asap and they were available the day after. Right up the steet is zen spa which is deceiving because I heard good things of zen spa and didn't realize it was two different buisnesses. Anyways my brain was telling me to leave but finally I caved in and went ahead with the lash refill. So this is how this begins ... As I wait (I was early) for my lash technician to arrive there were a few other employees and one who was having her eyebrows done by her co worker was talking personal life stories using vulgar language and just talking in a way that's not professional Infront of clients. I'm no prude I swear a lot too but not in a professional environment. My lash technician arrives looking like she just dragged herself out of bed and in my opinion I would expect her to ATLEASTE present herself somewhat decent. So I lay down and she doesn't even wipe my lashes or put the primer which I know is suposed to be done. She gets through it pretty fast but my eyes water a lot so glue kept going in my eyes and she had no air squeeze bottle to dry them. While she was dojng my lashes she had full conversations with her friends/coworkers and her breath smelled disgusting and her hands smelled even worse. I Could barely breathe and was glad she finished fast. They lashes were decent because it was only a fill but I know if it a full set they would've been worse. At home I got a closer look and every lash she put on has too much glue and many are stuck together and even glued onto my skin ! It's been almost a week I can feel some are partially glued on not with the shape of my natural lash and my right eye itches constantly. I'm going to someone who has good reviews to remove them and hope I didn't get an infection or any damage to my eye. 50$ for eyelashes is not worth it id rather pay 100 each time for quality and professional service. Stay away this place is a ghetto unprofessional un sanitary place. Oh and to top it off another employee half ripped my skin off plucking my eyebrows I for the first time ever had to make her stop plucking cause she was plucking my skin. this is not an angry rant nor are my problems due to lack of care I take of my lashes and brows ... I've been doing this stuff for years I know when my service is good or bad. Should've followed my gut feeling and left.
