Upon entering i was greeted by avery kind lady who instructedmysrkf to get in my undies and under the sheet covers. The room was very clean & spotless. Ambient music filled the air and i felt comfortable right away. Soon after about 5 minutes an incredibly talented and kind masseuse named " Cindy " knocked at the door and her smile and kindness lit up the somber room. I felt so at ease and explained to her i have been on a health journey for over 5 years. I walk over 50 miles weekly and have putting off massage far to many years now. I went for the 90-minute deep tissue massage. It was the most detoxifying and cathartic experience i have ever had. There was a few times i actually started crying because of the release of toxins and my muscles screaming for attention. The massage was so intense and incredible. " Cindy " was the utmost professional and has hands beyond blessed. Her technique was amazing and she is so experienced in the way of Thai massage. First, I called ahead to ask about the price for a service I wanted, and they gave me one price over the phone. But as soon as I got there, suddenly it was a different price. I don't know what they were trying to pull, but why give false information over the phone and then expect me to pay more in person? Very unprofessional. That was the first red flag. Anyway, she still starts doing the service, and once we go to the back, I notice she's doing something I've literally never seen before. I kept communicating with her like, "Hey, I specifically asked for a wax, nothing else." But she kept saying, "Oh no, this is how we do it," so I'm trying to trust her and give her the benefit of the doubt. After the service, I honestly still wasn't happy. And it's not like I stayed quiet either, I was communicating the whole time and telling her exactly what I was uncomfortable with. After a failed dental procedure on the part of this particular dentist, I now have a gap where a crown should be. After attempting to communicate with the office manager on six separate occasions, with no response, to receive my medical recommendations, I received a letter that I will no longer be under the care of this dentist. The decision, however, was already made when the front desk person lied and illegally claimed that a missed appointment would be reported to my insurance, and my insurance could be canceled. This is the kind of lie, deception, and even possibly extortion that will eventually cause this dentist's office to lose Medi-Cal funding. I was denied care after canceling an appointment due to the death of my aunt. I received no compassion, no accommodation, only rudeness from the front desk. Not to mention the ILLEGAL threat which has been recorded, documented and submitted to MediCal/DentaCal. You should be very careful who you choose to lie to, because I can very easily have Medi-Cal funding cut from your place of business, which would leave you with no job. So, though you denied my further care, I had no intent of going back, even after being left with an incomplete dental procedure, which is your fault, the fault of the dentist, not my own. For those considering between one ghetto dentist in Hemet, San Jacinto area, or the other, definitely don't choose this one. Not only will they leave you with an incomplete dental procedure, no follow-up, no returned calls to provide me with my dental records, a threat that I will lose my medical insurance (which could affect other areas of my life), but also general rudeness, lack of empathy, and also illegal activity. I would recommend not choosing this dentist office, and also be very careful when uneducated, unintelligent front desk staff try to intimidate or threaten you with missed appointments by telling you that you will lose your medical care. I would also not recommend this dentist if you're on Medi-Cal, because I will now actively be communicating with Medi-Cal and the ombudsman that I work with to have the Medi-Cal funding taken away from this dentist. A simple misunderstanding is one thing. A bold-faced lie, threat, and intimidating remark from an uneducated front desk minimum wage worker is a completely different story and violates many mandates, which Medi-Cal takes very seriously. My initial confirmed appointment time was at 5PM. I live 100 miles away and Google estimated it taking 2.5 hours. I was able to leave work early for the day of my appointment, so the day before, I asked if I could move my time to 4PM so we could finish earlier. He said yes. The day of my appointment I left my house at 1PM. I texted him at 1:30PM after I got onto the freeway and Google updated my time of arrival to 4:54PM (basically 5PM) due to gridlock traffic, he gave no response. After 4 hours of battling traffic, I was stuck behind more slow traffic on the two lane highway that leads to his location in Hemet, the new ETA was 10 minutes after my appointment time. I texted him at 4:50PM letting him know that I would get there in 20 minutes (5:10PM). He suddenly bombarded me texts saying that I should've rescheduled if I knew that I couldn't make it, and that he had been waiting since 3:30PM. I was in traffic when he texted this, so I called him immediately because I'm like 10 minutes away at this point and just drove 4 hours. He ignored all 4 of my calls. I finally get there at 5:09PM and call again, he finally picks up. He meets me outside and leads me to his salon. He starts berating me and saying that he cant do my eyebrows, I should have planned better and other clients come from LA and are on time. I explained that there were multiple accidents and Google changed the time of arrival while I was already driving. I told him that my original appointment was at 5PM anyway, I only changed to 4PM because I was able to get off work early. HOw can I plan for multiple accidents after leaving 3 hours early already for the (4pm appt), without the accidents I would have been there at 3:30PM. So he calms down after I explain all of this, and he acts like he will do my eyebrows. He keeps throwing sassy comments like, "oh I see you had time for makeup". Even though I put on makeup at 6AM for work... Then, after I explain what I want for my eyebrows he says, "Oh, I'm not sure if this will work for you, a pencil will give you the bold look that you like, the tattoo will fade away" Basically making it seem like his services are a waste of time and money ($800). Even though I sent him photos of my bare eyebrows and what I liked a month before and he said that he could achieve that permanently with only a color enhancement in a few years. Then he draws on a template eyebrow and I said that I liked it and lets do it, and he says, " you can draw on your own eyebrow and I can just tattoo it on, I've never drawn an eyebrow like that in my life"... It was a basic eyebrow. Then he says, yeah unfortunately I wont be able to accommodate you today, you can reschedule. Why would I reschedule and risk this happening again, its not like I can predict accidents. And that was that, Wasted half of my day driving for nothing.
