He moved so quickly throughout the massage that I couldn't relax or enjoy it. When it came time for the hot stones, there was no warning or even a simple "hot stone" before placing one directly on me, which caught me completely off guard. Then, when he was wiping the oil off, he was so rough and fast that I honestly felt like a wet dog being dried off after a bath. That is the best way I can describe it. The only part I actually enjoyed was when he worked the knots out of my traps. He did a good job with that, and I want to give him credit for it. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the massage that felt good. I still left a generous tip for my massage, but overall I left feeling very disappointed. A massage should feel relaxing and unrushed, and this was the complete opposite experience for me. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I typically don't request attention to a specific area but I am amazed that they find exactly what I need. The atmosphere is clean and nice music plays in the background. I see reviews that complain about staff being loud. I have never experienced any noise. I find that both male and female masseuse are good. I go so often they may know I prefer deep pressure. I love the punch card which gives me a free massage after 10vtimes. The staff realizes I need assistance going to my car and they always help.

never go here ppl are rude ! it was my first time here and my experience was terrible !! as a 29…read moreyear old this was the worst pedicure iv ever experienced ! i booked a pedicure with add on of callus scrub got regular black polish " i don't know the name of the person that was working on my toes. she does have a bob gray blonde hair with bangs and a tattooed eyebrows. as she was shaking my toes, they didn't look the same. i requested her if she could file the other big toe more square so my toes match evenly , she tried and couldn't even do that! when she scrubbed my feet for callus my scrub looked used not even new tools were dirty !! so she continues on to than paint my feet she does not add cotton between the toes so the skin dont touch polish!! right away she add the black polish with no base coat and im sitting here confused like huh?!!! so i ask her you dont use base coat aint that supposed to be under the polish ? even the co worker guy next to me looked over and gave her a look and turned back to his client !! so she finishes my toes i see missing spots and paint all over my skin but im to embarrassed to say something she told me my total was 40.50 ! i got in my car inspected my toes i message my family like what do i do i hate them i have gaps of polish missing its sloppy like a 5 year old painted them ! mind u i haven't had a pedicure in a while and this upset me i wasted my money , so i go back into the store and ask for it to be taken off removed ! i did not ask for money back or nothing polish off ! she didn't even bother or offer to re paint and fix the issue !!! and so she sat me down everyone looked at me crazy for asking for it removed !! her co worker bald blonde shaggy boy cut hair , came next to me acting like she was throwing trash away because i was on my phone texting !! and she leaned over to look at my screen to see what im doing thinking i wouldnt see her !!! so i turn over and look at her like is there a problem do u wanna go through my phone or what and she says no and walks to the back of the room!! i will never go here and waste a penny again!!

There were holes in the walls, the door kept opening during the massage, and you could hear noise from other rooms because there was no relaxing music that u can hear playing in the room. It really did not feel like a clean, peaceful, professional spa environment. The price was $90 for 90 minutes, but unfortunately, I did not feel that I received the quality of service or experience I expected for that price. The therapist checked with me about my preferred level of pressure throughout the massage, and it felt great! I think it was $69 for one hour of deep tissue. The level of skill was on par with massages that I routinely pay $100+ for, so I was very happy with the service.
