I typically don't request attention to a specific area but I am amazed that they find exactly what I need. The atmosphere is clean and nice music plays in the background. I see reviews that complain about staff being loud. I have never experienced any noise. I find that both male and female masseuse are good. I go so often they may know I prefer deep pressure. I love the punch card which gives me a free massage after 10vtimes. The staff realizes I need assistance going to my car and they always help.

He was very professional, attentive, and really listened to what my body needed. His pressure was perfect and he knew exactly where the tension was without me even having to say much. Hands down one of the best massages I've ever had. I also love that they now have private rooms (there is an extra charge), but even with that, they still have some of the best massage prices around. I did the 45-minute body and 45-minute foot combo, and honestly, it still didn't feel like enough--that's how good it was.
