I've been going here for 6 years. Sent my daughters 17, and 9 to get one full set and one fill. I was there a week prior with my other daughter getting the exact same service. BUT today they wanted to be sneaky and overcharge my kids since I wasn't there! Unbelievable. I won't be returning. They pick and choose what to charge depending on who you are. Today is Sunday. I had a wonderful experience during my pedicure. The technician was nice and treated me like a delicate flower. However, when I received my nail fill service I was treated poorly. This good looking young man whom could have possibly been the owner was completely unprofessional. He kept pulling, pushing and fanning my hands and fingers. When I complained about having one fat thumb he acted as though he did not know what I was talking about. I was looking for a nail salon. I would loved to have this as my new salon, I just don't think I can deal with this type of behavior. This guy needs some customer service training. Everyone else seemed to be nice and friendly. I explained to the owner that I needed a French tip base color to match what I already had. After I picked two colors that looked similar, he told me they wouldn't match, without really trying to assist me further. I asked if he could help me find a better option, and he flatly said no. I ended up choosing one of the colors anyway--and it ended up being an exact match! Yet there was no apology or acknowledgment. The dismissive attitude and lack of customer service completely turned me off. I would not return or recommend this salon based on how I was treated. read more

Most of the techs are pretty good. I'd say half of them are rough and don't care if they hurt you (sanding in one spot burns). They just say "you're okay." One guy in particular is horrible. I have to ask for 5 foot long nails just to get some length bc he doesn't listen and files them down. His gel is thick, looks like a too-big press on, and doesn't file the sides down. Looking for a new salon close to home. I was a walk-in later in the afternoon/early evening. Had to wait for a bit but I don't expect to be seated immediately at a nail salon even with an appointment. That's just the nature of the business. They did seat someone with an appointment who arrived after me, before me, as they should have. They had plenty of employees working to keep customers moving. Their prices are clearly listed on their website. Salon is very clean. My tech was friendly, but more importantly, she did a great job. First set of nails in a while where the tech knew how to properly sculpt the acrylic by the cuticles. After 3 issues, we will never return. The first occurrence my daughter's toe nail got nicked in removing gel with sander and she got cellulitis. My daughter is autistic so I did chalk it up to her being a little fidgety from the sound of the sander. Next visit I got cellulitis in my big toe from the nail tech cutting inside of my cuticle area and the toe. I was on antibiotics for 10 days. When I discussed it with the male in charge he acted like this is a normal occurrence. No apologies! We tried one more time and this time a different nail tech did my feet and cut the side of my big toe when removing a callus. THEY WILL HAVE YOUR SERVICE DONE CRAPPY AND NOT GIVE A SHIT. I paid for pedi with foot mask that is supposed to leave my feet smooth and remove all dead skin. The lady made my feet worse. She scrubbed and didn't add oil or lotion to my feet so when I left I noticed my were very dry with skin still peeling off so I went back in and the man at the front desk argued with me and said that is the best they will do and she will not fix it. I told him I did the upgraded pedi and he said he doesn't care. Then he proceeded to say we do the best we can so you can go home and put lotion or oil on your feet. I told him no you need to fix it. If I could give different stars for the different parts, then I'd break it down like this....my service provider Cindy did an outstanding pedicure. 5 stars. cleanliness 4 stars. However, here's the reason they get 1 star. They offer you a card that gives you the pedicure menu. I chose a $33 pedicure with gel polish. My niece got a $16 manicure with gel polish. I know there's an additional charge for gel polish. I'm pretty certain the card says $3 but I can't be 100% certain. But experience in getting pedicures for years with gel polish at other salons AND the fact that I owned a spa I know that the average upcharge is $3-5. I tipped in cash. I challenged my bill of $82 for services and at that time was told to scan th QR code that would tell me the upcharge was $15!! Per person! One bottle of top of the line gel polish costs $16. They do not use premium polish so my guess is their cost is much lower. But assuming they did pay $16....you get a minimum of 30 polishes from one bottle so do the math! They are making a profit of $450+ per bottle of polish! I am all about a business making an honest profit but not at the sake of raping the customer and certainly not by hiding a huge up charge like that until the cash out. The spa owner was immediately defensive and quite rude to me when I questioned the charge. This tells me he's had this conversation many times with other shocked customers. I will not return to this business and I highly recommend that others do not support a business that treats valued customers like this. It's criminal! read more

Been to this salon several times since moving nearby. I always call for an appointment, I'm always on time, I always tip generously, and I always have to wait. I continued to go because of the location and since I'm retired, I had the time. BUT on this last visit 12/23, I called, asked for a polish change, cut and reshape of my acrylic nails. I had just had them done the week before but, realized they were too long. I waited for 1 hour and 12 min. Three ladies came in after me and were seated within a few minutes. It's not the first time this has happened. Finally, the owner said something (in their language) to the young technician, and I could tell she didn't want to do my nails. Wish I had a pic of her expression while she was servicing me (frown). she was so quick and didn't bother to completely remove all of the old polish, just painted right on top of it). Also, since going, I have observed the owner. I find that he is not friendly to me or any person of color that walks in. Anyone else, he will greet you hello and ask how he can help. Nails ended up lumpy and uneven. Pedi wasn't done well at all. Most of the staff don't speak English so they don't know what you want and they ignore you when you ask a question. Talk to manager but she doesn't care at all. Younger staff, mostly the girls, have snotty attitudes and tell you what you want in very broken English. And then charge you a lot more than listed cost. Not very clean inside and rarely see pedi tubs cleaned after a pedi is completed. I called and made an appt but still had to wait for 45 minutes to get started.
