VERY LACKING in Customer Service. It took several minutes to be acknowledged even though all the employees looked up or over at me. I saw the same for several potential customers who walked in after me, ( several people just left). It is not a welcoming and " I want your business " atmosphere ". If I pay this much for nails, I expect more. read more

I've been to Diva several times. Each visit the staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating. The space is clean, well appointed and offers a great variety of services. Lisa did my pedicure the first time I went and was so wonderful that I always ask for her, even if I have to wait. read more

Worst nail place I've ever been too. Ask for pink and white gel powder and was given drawn on French manicure. It looked absolutely terrible. Was told a fill was $35, then got charged $42. Didn't want to stay and fix them because it took forever. Don't waste your time here. read more

I got a mani:pedi at 10:30 this morning. The cost was $73 plus tip. By the time I got home, the polish was all over my clothes, my skin and my purse. I was just trying for some normalcy after being evacuated for Hurricane Florence. I drove all the way back to get my nails 'fixed'. Clearly, the nail technician did not use the proper base and top coat on my nails. She blamed it on the polish. The salon is pretty and new but the nail technician made a hot mess of this pedicure. Also, there was no foot massage and I got one of the upgraded pedicures. Waste of my time and money. Very disappointed. I won't be back. read more

I made an appointment today with this salon. The woman who did my nails seemed overworked and angry. She cut my cuticle with the grinder right off of the bat and then my gel manicure looked like a 10 yo painted them; uneven, bubbles and tiny hairs in the paint. I will not be back and do not recommend them. read more

Too many points of dissatisfaction to list. I scheduled three manicure/pedicures for myself, daughter in law and 5 year old granddaughter. The techs were unfriendly, overcharged on the granddaughters service and the experience was just unsettling. No more at Diva nor CiCi. read more

I was looking forward to my summer manicure, and pedicure. So i chose Diva Nails. The salon is new, so the place looks inviting. But that is the ONLY positive thing I can say. Taking on too many customers. Saw several walk out. My manicurist was an older gentleman. He is probably the one that works fast to get people out. Did not put me under dryers for my nails. So of course my nails were ruined by before walking out. But i must say, if you look like you have money, you will be well taken care of. read more

I am from out town, New Jersey specifically. Absolutely worst nail salon I have ever been too. I had breakfast next store and walked In asked if I could get a pedicure, the gentleman told me a few minutes so I agreed to stay. I sat down in the waiting chairs and literally was not acknowledged for another 17mins and debated getting up but I really needed a pedicure. So finally someone approaches me again sits me in a chair thought my pedicure would start, but no. Now I wait for 15 -20 mins with my feet soaking in plain water again before someone is able to help me. And again I would have left if I didn't need a pedicure. While I was having my feet soak a woman next to me actually got up and left because she said that they told her 10 mins and she's already Been waiting 20 mins and no one has helped her. I should have done the same. As far as the actually pedicure it was very basic wasn't expecting much or wanted much just plain white toes. The gentleman who helped me was nice but over all the place was a bad experience. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I have been to several nail salons on this beach and this is absolutely the WORST experience ever! We were rushed, a manicure done half way while trying to also do a pedicure, unacceptable! Then were more intent in what was going on around them than they were on their customers. And when did it become acceptable to reach into a customers purse asking "where's your money". Last time I checked that could have been considered stealing. NEVER AGAIN , there are too many salons that have taking better care than this one ! read more

So, today I went to Diva Nails in NMB. Beautiful salon, friendly receptionist. I asked if they could do tips with the SNS/Dip polish. The receptionist said Yes, of course we can. Waited just a few minutes and Elvis (yes, that's the name he goes by) came and got me. I told him exactly what I wanted. My nails are short with no product on them, so starting with a clean slate. He said he would not do the tips but he could make them longer. Ok, so I though he was going to do acrylic or something to lengthen them (after all that's why I went). By the time I realized he was doing nothing to make my nails longer, it was too late to ask for another nail technician as he had applied several layers of dip by then. By the time he finished, my nails were shorter than they were when I arrived (even though I kept telling him I want them longer). Although he did a great job with the dip, I was extremely disappointed. If he didn't have the skill to do tips with dip polish, he could've given me an alternative, like acrylic or gel or whatever. He's supposed to be the professional. So, if you want to go to a salon where they do what they want to do, and not what you ask for, then here's your spot. Maybe Elvis didn't leave the building, but I did, and I won't be back. read more

I usually paint my own nails (because I just can't seem to find decent place that do nail designs) I decided I would go get them painted, just painted. I asked for the tips to be painted with the ring fingers to have flowers...needless to say she DIDN'T listen to me and painted black lines. I can and do this myself. You didn't listen to what I wanted. So I won't be back nor would I recommend. Somewhere on this beach is a place that does exactly what you're wanting. read more

I have never written a review before, but I also have never gotten a full set as bad at this one before either. Five days after I got Them done two broke. I called back to see what they would do about it and the owner gave me an attitude & told me I would have to pay to get them fixed. After an argument, she agreed to fix them free of charge. Two days later two more nails broke. Absolute worst full set I've gotten. Will not be coming back, and do not reccoment to anyone. Too exspansive for cheap and poor service. read more

I made an appointment on Tuesday for a 5:45 appointment on Wednesday. When I got there no one was waiting but all the technicians were busy. I was told as soon as someone was available I would be next. That was fine. Soon a few walk ins came in, then someone else came in and was immediately taken to a chair to be helped. Then two of the earlier walkins were taken to seats to be helped. Mean while I was still waiting. Then two more people came in and again were helped to a seat to be taken care of. Finally at 6:20 I just got up and left. Normally I would have asked what was going on, but this is the second time this has happened to me. I could understand if I didn't have an appointment, but I did!! I will say the shop is beautiful but the customer service is not. There are too many nail places in the area that one can go to and be treated with respect. Will not be going back. read more
