They spoke excellent English and all were extremely nice, reasonably priced, and very accommodating. Most importantly Lisa did a fabulous job on my nails, hands and toes. Very precise, careful, professional and fun! I know a good job, my nails look very real and not thick and fake. A great pedicure, fabulous massage, and warm water. I will be going back a lot. Staff is wonderful! PS, They do go to church on Sunday mornings. Open for nails about 11 am. Pedicures earlier, I believe.

When I tried to complain for the poor service they promtly turned me out of the shop saying I was not welcome in there anymore. Unaccaptable service and treatment of a paying customer. The staff also does not speak proper English, and has a rude style of speaking which makes communication extremely difficult. It was especially disappointing as on their website it says that "We provide you the highest quality service and treat you with courtesy and respect". None of that here, so don't go.

Professionail a couple stores down was fully packed and we didn't have time to wait so we decided to give Everlast a chance since it was empty (first red flag). first thing - they didn't push & trim our cuticles and never used any moisturiser OR cuticle oil... then the lady put the wrong size tips on most of my fingers. she then filed them down so much to the point where they weren't even the shape i had asked for anymore (coffin). the length that i had asked for was a lot longer then what they ended up looking like after she had finished filing them away. not to mention the amount of times i had to tell her that the sticker was not straight (it was clearly on the piss). WAY too over priced for the service and end result. never going back there, waste of money.
