They offer hot beverages so I took advantage and had a nice hot chocolate with an extra choc on the side. Love the colour I chose. I asked for a neck and shoulders massage and was shown to a seat. My masssage therapist was great, firm but not too harsh. She found lots of knots and worked them out so well. Magic fingers for sure. Professionail a couple stores down was fully packed and we didn't have time to wait so we decided to give Everlast a chance since it was empty (first red flag). first thing - they didn't push & trim our cuticles and never used any moisturiser OR cuticle oil... then the lady put the wrong size tips on most of my fingers. she then filed them down so much to the point where they weren't even the shape i had asked for anymore (coffin). the length that i had asked for was a lot longer then what they ended up looking like after she had finished filing them away. not to mention the amount of times i had to tell her that the sticker was not straight (it was clearly on the piss). WAY too over priced for the service and end result. never going back there, waste of money.

The massage chairs in the pedicure area were new and a bit better than some places, but the actual leg massage (the best part) was a bit brief and half-hearted. I've been twice, not sure if I'll return at this stage.
