I booked an appointment for the following day with Gill. Aside from Gill's pleasant personality, she also knows what you mean when you say, "I want a trim." She doesn't go hack off 5inches of your hair! She actually takes off the minimal amount to even out the cut and make it look healthy again, while still maintaining the length. Gill is also a color master! I wish I could part and wield my hair the way she did! She zapped all my greys and made sure my color looked like my natural dark color and not some gothic chic. Conveniently a few steps from work, great service, and reasonable prices means I will be back for sure!

The salon is small however can I say that Lorna mademe feel very welcome - being a new comer. She was very helpful and you could just tell that she knew what she was doing - no fancy salon talk and no oohhinng or aahhing (in the style of taking your car to the garage with an open cheque book). I was clearly asked what I was looking for and she suggested what would look good and also showed me the colour that would suit my complexion etc.and we both agreed on the colour She also suggested some low lights to breakit up and look more natural. I would highly recommend this salon and know that I will be going back to get my hair coloured there as it is the only time in a salon that I have been delighted with the results.
