Melvin R Powerwashing did an outstanding job on my patio cushions. They were on time, professional,…read moreand clearly knew what they were doing. The team used the right technique (fan spray, not overly aggressive) along with a proper cleaning treatment, and the results speak for themselves-my cushions look significantly brighter and genuinely clean, not just surface-level. What stood out most was their attention to detail. They were thorough with rinsing and set everything up in a way that allowed for proper drying, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-executed. After neglecting to care for my patio for the winter season, I can happily enjoy the space again this summer. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Melvin R quickly responded to my inquiry and had an estimate to me almost immediately. Not only was their price reasonable and fair, but they were able to schedule the work in a few days. Unlike other companies I have dealt with, they even sent a text reminder the evening before they came out. Nice touch! They arrived at our home on time and got to work immediately. Without question, the attention to detail was off the charts. The house is as clean as it was the day it was built. Not only was I impressed, but my wife was also thrilled. She is a tough critic, but the house looked so good it almost brought her to tears. You really aren't going to find a more affordable, honest, thoughtful and professional power washing company. Stop your search here and give Melvin R a call today. If I could give six stars, I would.

When they came out to inspect the issue, they said it would be no problem to fix and that the issue should not recur. It cost about $400. Save your money, your home, and your peace of mind and look elsewhere. Here is exactly what you can expect if you hire them: Incomplete Work: The job was abandoned before it was finished. The walls in my bathroom and laundry room are literally only half-painted. Property Damage & Sloppiness: The crew didn't even bother to use painter's tape. As a result, there is paint splattered all over my baseboards. Outrageous Behavior: I have security cameras inside and outside of my house. The footage clearly shows their crew drinking and smoking inside my home for the entire duration of the job. Zero Accountability: When I reached out to management with the camera footage to get this mess resolved, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the damage, they got "smart," dismissive, and incredibly rude. It is completely unacceptable to take someone's money, treat their home like a bar, ruin their baseboards, and then act incredibly unprofessional when confronted with video proof. Avoid this business at all costs.
