Y'all already know, that mental health/therapy places are the most important reviews, because ethically/legally, even if they got straight 5 stars for now until the end of time, current Texas law has pretty strict standards about how they're allowed to advertise.
However, people need to be able to still find a good therapist and if you don't know what to look for, this can be a starting point.
The reason I chose them is because I liked the varied levels of experience. For me an LPC Associate is no different from an LPC, but you get to choose. Each therapist shares a little bit about themselves and their background to help you decide which is the right fit. I was deciding between an Associate and a fully licensed therapist and it was one line on the therapists profile that made me think this was a good match.
She has been very straightforward, helpful, and helps me get out of my head, especially when things have gotten tough and because of her, I can pick up on my patterns of when things are too stressful for me, which I don't know if I could do before on my own, because I was too close to the situation to take a step back and think...oh I can change this.
I think they're a hidden gem and pretty much in demand, which makes there services better. Due to my hectic life, the video sessions best fit me, but in person sessions are available, they just don't suit me for now.
They have several locations, speak Spanish, and help you if you're in crisis. I can't recommend them enough. If you're ready to take that next step, definitely visit them and get the care you deserve. read more
