However, people need to be able to still find a good therapist and if you don't know what to look for, this can be a starting point. The reason I chose them is because I liked the varied levels of experience. For me an LPC Associate is no different from an LPC, but you get to choose. Each therapist shares a little bit about themselves and their background to help you decide which is the right fit. I was deciding between an Associate and a fully licensed therapist and it was one line on the therapists profile that made me think this was a good match. She has been very straightforward, helpful, and helps me get out of my head, especially when things have gotten tough and because of her, I can pick up on my patterns of when things are too stressful for me, which I don't know if I could do before on my own, because I was too close to the situation to take a step back and think...oh I can change this. I think they're a hidden gem and pretty much in demand, which makes there services better. Due to my hectic life, the video sessions best fit me, but in person sessions are available, they just don't suit me for now. They have several locations, speak Spanish, and help you if you're in crisis. I can't recommend them enough. If you're ready to take that next step, definitely visit them and get the care you deserve.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a doctor's office. The front desk staff is completely…read moreunprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. They never smile, never try to assist, and seem more interested in creating problems than solving them. Every time I had a question, I was met with attitude or ignored altogether. What made it even worse is that all three front desk staff constantly spoke Spanish to each other while I was trying to speak with them about my situation. I had no idea what was being said, and it felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. One of the staff members, a Hispanic woman with short curly hair, could barely speak English clearly. It took several frustrating attempts just to understand what she was trying to say. This is a medical office in the U.S. -- communication should not be this difficult. I don't care what background someone comes from, but clear communication in English should be a basic expectation in a healthcare setting. What's even more frustrating is that I'm clearly not the only one with this experience. Just look at the other reviews -- the front desk is always the problem, yet management and the doctors don't seem to care or do anything to fix it. It's disappointing and unacceptable.
