Right from my first meeting with Jamie, I felt very comfortable, zero judgement, I was free to bear my heart out to her and she diagnosed the root cause of my issues which was a life with no boundaries. And every visit since then has simply reinforced those feelings. Meredith is warm and so easy to talk to. She's relatable, empathetic, and non-judgmental. She will brainstorm many treatment options with you and help you select the path that's best or most manageable. Once I was having a mental health issue she was less familiar with, and before our next visit, she had researched the issue and emailed me about treatment options that we then followed up about in person. I loved it so much that I have attended several of these in the past few years. When i moved to Houston I inquired about the Art of Living workshops and have been a regular attendee since 2009. I find these workshops to really help me remain happy inspite of my stressful work life. I work as an engineer and I often have to put up with deadline submissions and unwilling clients. Prior to attending these workshops I used to get tensed easily but after learning breathing techniques taught here I feel much more relaxed and at ease. Absolutely love coming here!
