After needing to see a neurologist for months I finally had a referral and within 10 minutes he diagnosed me and assured me he was going to take care of me. He is like a doctor from the 60"s and spends as much time with you until he feels you understand and are comfortable with his diagnosis. I just can't say enough about him. Very busy office. Lots of people in pain. Sad really. But, ME? Even with several bulging discs on spine and in lower back and neck...at 61, I'm doing better than most at my age (per the Dr). Dr Lall is probably in his 30's and very friendly. I like him and would see him again.

I think she offers a practical approach, advising effective treatments without pushing extreme measures. Her nurse made a point of offering encouragement and did a good job of communicating with us. We had a SNAFU on the appointment time that was almost certainly my fault but the front desk staff was polite and sympathetic and got us in anyway. Actually, we saw the doctor faster than we do many places when we manage to show up on time. The location is easy to get to and the office is clean and pleasant. Dr. Vijayakumar is in the Methodist system which always a plus.

She also helped me understand why my brain misfires like it does which is why I struggle with my mental health. She listens to me and talks out next steps with me so I understand and know what to expect. She's straight forward and matter of fact. So if you're looking for someone to coddle you, she's not the one. She takes your mental health seriously. Her office manager Cat is also matter of fact and to the point. She's not one for small talk or pleasantries but she knows what she's doing and has a great response time to emails! The telehealth visits have made my life so much easier in terms of working around my work schedule. If I could give Dr. Allbritton 10 stars, I would.

I even popped my head out and asked the nurse what was going on....then i hear the doctor chatting it up next door with another patient. I understand the need for patient-doctor interaction, but seriously, 30 minutes chatting about pets? when i'm waiting next door?? with a migrane!? finally, the doctor comes in. asks me the usual questions bla bla bla, writes me a Rx, sends me on my way. another weird thing, this office MAKES you take a drug screen (which you must pay for), to make sure you're not abusing Rx drugs before seeing the doctor. sketch. the one good thing abt this office is that they offer IV drips of medication to break severe migranes. unfortunately, by the time the dr. saw me, the infusion nurse had gone home. SURPRISE. I found a much more competent, timely doctor in the Med Center....even with the drive there and back, i wasted less time!

I asked the receptionist as to why the switched me around to sit here and wait and within the same answer she says 3x, I don't know. Kids today have NO customer service or koof.
