He contacted me and told me to cancel the mass order of slatwall pieces I made through another company stating he has a freight truck with the lift gate that other company did not offer. When I was talking to him directly in person, he immediately changed the deal saying that he has the truck with lift gate but he can't use it to deliver the slatwalls because it's coming directly from the manufacturers and we need to contract the unloaders from our end. I asked him then what's the point of calling me and make me to cancel the previous order if he wasn't going to provide the lift gate that he promised with previous call. He kept saying that that's how they do business and how the merchandises are all back-ordered and blah blah blah, pure BS. He also told me he would sell the Canadian style show cases for $950 a piece, which he lied about and charged $1150 right in front of my face when there was a PRICE TAG that says $950. I made an waste of a trip driving myself and my family for nothing. Luckily I did not put any deposit.
