My nails turned out really great and the experience was speedy but I would reccomend making an appointment because this nail salon was poppin. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because I was talked into a service for my manicure that ended up costing so much more than I thought, even though I was told during it that it would be the same price. $97 dollars later I walked out with a pedicure and manicure that looked nice, but was super super expensive. I should have been more blunt in saying no and knowing better than to believe that it was the same price but I was disappointed that I was led so astray. The space was beautiful and very clean! I got a gel mani and it was decent. My thing is that I am actually half Vietnamese and can understand. I don't appreciate being called a big girl...and pretty sure no one appreciates it regardless of size. I wear big XL sweatshirts and my size 4-6 is prob not the norm for Vietnamese women but it's just really rude. My tip to this salon is don't talk about your customers bc some can actually understand you regardless of what they look like (race or size)! read more

Absolutely love the staff and the service -- I'm there religiously every two weeks and am never disappointed. What really did it for me was when a couple of my dip nails started to crack -- I'd never really seen that before and wanted to ask them to see what they could do. Well, I'm a regular customer. My regular nail tech wasn't in today. I had called last week to make appointment ,Tiffany doesn't work on Monday I was informed so, Tiffany made me appointment with someone else. I was on time for my 12:30 appointment. The young lady put my feet in the water at 12:25 sit down in front off clean of her shoes her clogs & proceed to another customer. Not saying anything to me at all. So here I'm sitting here 12:55 no one has said anything to me at all. So I dried off my feet & proceed to leave, The young lady who put me feet in the foot bowl just looked at me & never said a word, ( the only person who did say something was her customer about the outfit I was wearing). No one 1 working didn't say anything as I was leaving. If they didn't want to do Tiffany's customer's they should have said when I walked in. Everytime I have ever come here, they messed my nails up. I came to get my nails & toes done for my 21st birthday and the lady literally cut my cuticles ALL the way down to where they were bleeding. and when I told her that it hurt she continued to do so. I went to Distinctive Nails today at around 130 for a pedicure and nail dip. . I didn't leave until after 4!!!!!! I don't know who did my nails she never volunteered any information. My nails came out very nice as did my pedicure. I will give it another try my only concern is it should not take 2 1/2 hours. This is a hit or miss depending on who does your nails. I tried to call and make an appointment with Heather so I could make sure she did my nails and I would have to wait an hour or more and I was told just come on in. They wouldn't make the appointment. I arrived in 30-45 min and was kept waiting an hour and Heather wasn't even there. The lady who did my nails cut my cuticle and the gel came off in 4 days. read more

I can't recommend this salon for a pedicure unfortunately - throughout the service, I was polite and chatting with my daughter, who was also receiving a pedicure in the chair next to me. My nail tech (Hana as noted on my receipt) only spoke to her coworker outside asking which pedicure I wanted. She clipped the skin on one of my nails so deep that I winced and expected to see blood (no blood, but it was left red and sensitive). No apology or even acknowledgement. One of my big toes has bubbles in the polish that I only noticed when outside in the sun, and on a $32 bill, I still left a $6 tip for which she didn't even say "thank you". I didn't want the first place to fix them because I had already lost faith in how they'd come out. I couldn't stand looking at my nails how they were and so I went over to Distinctive Nails in hopes they could fix them. Danh greeted me and immediately began working on them. She took off the first polish, smoothed them down, reshaped them, repainted them and I couldn't be more grateful. She was very nice and only charged me the price of a fill.
