Thank you for posting your reviews. I felt because I was an elderly citizens was why I had been scammed out of my money. He has taken my deposit of $1,000 and never performed the work. The irrigation system he installed has ruined my yard and does not work properly. The plants he installed have died do to his leaving the drip system open of repeated complaints that the system was not working properly. I have seaked legal counsel and we are currently working with the licensing board to make sure this does not happen to anyone again. read more

I agree 100% with Chris P., "Keith is a total crook and a habitual liar. I have never seen anything like it. He is a liar and a total fraud do not waste your money you have been warned." That has been my experience as well. Working with him was an absolute disaster. Now I am just praying I don't have to replace my AC because he left concrete for pavers around it, and I had to go out in pouring down rain to try and get the concrete away from my AC. Unfortunately, I hired him because of Google Reviews. I have since found out that someone can pay Google to remove bad reviews and then Google employees add good reviews. Complete crook. Don't use this guy. We made the mistake of paying half (3k) upfront. He came & dug up our yard in early summer, disappeared, made tons of excuses about why he couldn't show up and do the work he promised. This went on for two months. Basically, he spent our money on other projects and didn't have enough to pay for our pavers, etc. We ended up having to hire someone else who fixed the areas Keith's crew screwed up, had to haul away sand that was delivered and left in our driveway. We disputed the charge with Discover, and weren't going to do anything online if he did the right thing and refunded our money. Unfortunately, he believes he is entitled to some of our money for doing nothing other then tearing up our yard & wasting our whole summer, and lying consistently. There are plenty of reputable patio installers in town- save your time & money- don't use this guy. read more

Mr Keith cracked a fitting on my system that he installed last year. I did as he advised and texted and emailed him numerous times to have him repair it. It is supposed to be under warranty for 3 years but thats a joke. He never responds. Do not recommend a company that doesnt even respond after they get paid. Sad read more

We hired Keith and his team to run a french drain and install a pump. The company required a 50% deposit in advance, which we paid. They canceled on us 3 times. When we finally threatened to cancel the job they agreed to come, however again he showed up 3 hours late. The team working was obviously experienced, but the ownership and service are terrible. Ultimately they left the job unfinished. We withheld $200 to ensure they returned and we haven't heard from them since. Use someone else. Any positive reviews have to be bogus read more

Had French drain installed May 10, 2017. Was expecting to come home and find a huge trench cut through our yard..it was not! I could not tell where tell French drain was installed. After closer inspection I realized the sod was replaced with surgical precision! Keith and his crew did a beautiful job and my home looked just like it did when I left home that morning. The big test...the recent rains. My garage has flooded for 15 years!!! When I checked..it was COMPLETELY DRY!!! Not one drop of moisture! I am extremely happy with the work done by Distinctive Irrigation and I would absolutely refer them to my family and friends! read more

Do not use this business at this time. The owner Keith McClough did some work for us and everything was fine. In July he installed a water feature for us and it has not worked correctly since. He had his men here to repair and all they did was tear the pond apaart and left a big hole in the yard were the pond was. After many calls and attempts to reach him for over a month went unanswered. This is no way to do business!!! read more

We used them to grade and install a french drain in our back yard to deal with some flooding problems after rains. They did great work in a timely manner. Its been almost a year and the drain and grade are still working well. read more
