A whole set of blind boxes will set you back $250.00 to $350.00. For cute cheap plastic toys that are trendy and will end up in a landfill someday, these prices are way too much. Overall, it's a decent place to shop if you're after a wide variety of blind boxes, but the high prices and lackluster customer service make it hard to give more than three stars.

My little brother was playing with one of the Labubu hair products when an employee came up to him and said, "You've had enough fun. Let's not ruin the product." We understood and immediately stopped. After that, though, the employee kept following us around the store, which made us feel very uncomfortable. My brother eventually said, "You don't need to follow us around." The employee then mumbled, "Why don't you shut the f**k up." When my brother asked him what he said, the employee denied it and claimed he was just doing his job. He then asked where our parents were. I called my parents over, and as soon as they arrived, the employee ran into the employee room. When my parents asked about him, another employee claimed she didn't know who we were talking about. This was strange because we had just seen the two employees talking before he went into the back. Another customer who overheard the conversation said they only heard the employee tell my brother not to mess with the products, but that wasn't the issue. The problem was that he followed us around the store and, from what we heard, cursed at my younger brother. I don't know whether he was profiling us, being discriminatory, or simply being rude, but his behavior was completely unprofessional. There was no reason to follow us around the store or speak to a child that way. Customer service like this is unacceptable. For reference, the employee was an older man with a brown beard. And then--cue the dramatic music--a 50-foot mannequin greeted me at the entrance like some fabulous fashion goddess welcoming me into another dimension. I was in a state of pure fashion bliss. And then I entered PSBS. And that, my friends, is where the novela began. I was browsing, looking at merchandise, minding my own business, when I approached the counter because I had a question. Suddenly, the cashier, "Chris," began shouting: "DON'T SOLICIT ME! DON'T SOLICIT ME!" Excuse me? I wasn't soliciting anyone. I was literally trying to ask a question. The entire interaction escalated so quickly that I found myself standing there thinking, What just happened? Did I accidentally walk into the season finale of a very dramatic telenovela? Chris became visibly red-faced and extremely agitated, and the intensity of the interaction was completely disproportionate to what was actually happening. I was simply a customer trying to ask a question, and suddenly I was on the receiving end of a level of anger I absolutely did not expect. At that point, the fashion fantasy was officially over. I did not feel comfortable or safe, so I left. And honestly? The 50-foot mannequin was the highlight of the entire experience. Market Market had me at Jeremy Scott and lost me somewhere around PSBS. If you're looking for liquor, I'd shop elsewhere and compare prices.
