It was spotless inside and out. The driver (Vincent) got there a few minutes early, happily took some pics with the kids in front of the limo, was very nice to everyone, and was always reachable right away by phone when the kids were ready to move to the next stop in their itinerary. Ash gave us the price over the phone and said that number didn't include tip, which is an additional 18-20%. No surprises there, no extra charges of any sort. As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service.
