This review isn't specific to this location, it is for Rogers as a whole. Be a better company, Rogers. This company has a process whereby they FORCE you to purchase bundles otherwise they will ridiculously overcharge you. By overcharge, I mean they are robbing their customers. This has happened to me often and I haven't even been with the company for a year. 1st incident: I didn't have Canada Wide calling and felt I didn't really need it since I don't call much. Where they caught me? Made me pay for INCOMING calls. Guess what I had to do? Purchase Canada Wide calling in order to not be overcharged by $50 a month. 2nd incident: I had a university assignment that required texting to the USA. Out of curiosity I inquired how much texting would be; my options were a) pay 45c for EVERY incoming and outgoing texts OR b) pay $5 for unlimited texting. The representative couldn't explain the logic behind this and never addressed my statements of being ripped off. All he/she wanted to do was sell me the $5 bundle. Thanks but no thanks. The most UNETHICAL network provider I have ever been with. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

How any of this makes even the smallest hint of sense is beyond me, let alone not being standard Rogers protocol as far as both Rogers customer support and the only other local Rogers location claims as both were confused and had never heard of somebody being turned away for not being local. Whoever owns this "dealer location" needs to get their head on straight. 10/10 would absolutely not recommend visiting this location whether you're a local or otherwise.

The manager Shania upgraded me for only $2 per month--and promised the moon. None of it true. She messed up my account totally from beginning. And put me in $65 plan. I just left store for 6th time to try to get what I originally asked for. Error after error, excuse after excuse--and she is the manager. Don't buy their promises. Stick with Verizon . Wish I did.

Not only did they creat a separate account for myself costing me more money, the associate who help me stole from me. She mentioned that there were several promotions. One was a free iWatch. She said I only had to pay the tax. This was a lie. She charged me for the phone as well as adding a line to the watch which i specifically said i didn't want. The second deception was she said there was a $250 Apple Pay gift card if I purchased 2 accessories. I purchased accessories even though I didn't need them however I never received a gift card. After calling their corporate office for support I found that this associate used her email address for my account. This is unacceptable behavior and I will be taking action as I have felt violated but the trust I gave this store and the company
