There's quite a bit of friendly and personable staff and they still have a pin trading board, but unless you're a marvel fan, there's not much here for most people so overall it can definitely be skipped. read more

Found a bunch of discounted items at this particular character warehouse store compared to Vineland and International Drive. This is conveniently not too far from Port Everglades before or after a Disney Cruise! You can easily save more money here than purchasing overpriced items on the ship or at the theme parks. Since we are doing a road trip to Orlando in a couple of days, we decided to shop here instead of at the Disney Springs Disney store and overpay for Disney merchandise. The discounts here are very good and are simply overstock from the DS store. I don't mind saving money at all, lol. We bought several cute things here like Mickey and Minnie Mouse ears for half the price, Daisy Duck socks, Spirit jerseys, a Minnie Mouse jacket, and a Minnie tshirt. We are all set for our trip. The store is clean, tidy, well-organized, and the staff (cast members) were very nice and helpful. While walking through the store, your inner child comes out for sure! An incredible store with a huge inventory of Disney characters and miscellaneous items. They even have a huge gray pop tent in the rafters for sale at $54.99. I want this item at this crazy low price. I saw many Disney school items too. A nice array of action figures and toys. The clothing section bearing Disney logos and figures. This store is EVERYTHING Disney, it has to be... It's the Disney Store. This is a smaller store in the mall than what you're used to in the parks. They also have a lot of clearance items here. This is a great spot for some smaller items or something that comes with a great deal. There is still so much electricity in the air here, you may think you're in a theme park but, you're not, just in the disney store. The staff here like everywhere else is insanely friendly and will go out of their way to find an item you're looking for and there were enough team members here to help you. They have greeters, people simply here to say hello and direct you as needed. They know the format and always follow it 100%. The team members are always smiling and happy to help you. While a lot of the merchandise is not "a bargain." They have set reasonable pricing for many of their items. They're not giving away anything other than smiles but you can't find this type of selection anywhere. Sales items and closeouts are always a good deal here. This is a 5 star shopping gala and I happily recommend to everyone. read more

Park by the Marshalls entrance and it's a quick walk to the store, no need to walk the whole area. Good place to be if you want to get some theme park merchandise without going to the parks or paying the theme park prices, They are discounted so that is already an amazing deal. and we know how expensive the Park stuff can get. The staff at this place is not cast member material as they lack customer service skills, but then again you are not at the paks but a mall if they acknowledge you then you are in luck for that day. This is such a cute spot to get some great deals on discounted Disney merchandise. It's a great place to pick up some goodies to bring home for friends and family after your trip. My friends and I had a great time browsing all of the merchandise and picked up a few things to bring home. When we went in May, there were a lot of holiday items out, so I grabbed a few ornaments for less than a dollar each. The store was spotlessly clean and the cast members were all incredibly gracious, welcoming, and friendly. You don't get that kind of hospitality in many places! Let me start off by saying if I saved up all the money I have saved here instead of buying merchandise at the actual Disney theme parks. I would have enough to go on a weeklong vacation! Every week there is always something new to find here, which is awful for my wallet yet amazing for me! There has been many times where I have seen a shirt that has a Disney princess on it or Minnie ears that I've seen that one of the festival's they post that I really want but I end up saving because I'm too cheap to spend $30. The staff here is always very friendly and the prices you really can't argue! I mean where else can you buy a designer pair of Mickey ears that normally go for $55, for $12?! One cool thing here is that just like at the Disney theme parks, You can trade pins with the cast members here. It is always fun to do because they always have many interesting pins that you won't normally find. Let me just say that everything you find here. You can find at the theme parks up in Orlando, but at the normal price. Here however, will be disgustingly discounted but in an amazing way! They have many different items such as clothing, toys, even snacks. When it comes to the clothing that they sell here they sell many items such as shirts, hats, even sandals and assorted other things. They even sell Mickey and Minnie ears that were normally upwards of $30, for as little as $15 a pair. Many of the clothing options when it comes to the shirts. They also sell, they have sold at the special events. Such as the Halloween party. I recently bought a shirt in the Halloween party for $2 as opposed to buying it at the theme park for $29! Talk about a steal! The staff here is insanely friendly and will go out of their way to find an item. If you are looking for it. I even had a cast member, which is what they call their workers, Talk to me for a little bit telling me certain items that I should hold off buying because they are going to be discounted even lower! read more

I had been sitting and just randomly browsing my phone in Sawgrass when I saw a Disney Character Premiere listing catch my eye. I thought, there is no way - how could the Premiere be all the way down in Fort Lauderdale? I had previously gone and seen the Character Premieres in Orlando, both of which are seemingly close to the Disney parks, which is why I was surprised to find one here. If you're not in the know, this is where I get gifts for my Disney fanatics, since most items here are from about 6 months after they're pulled from the shelves in the parks, at a discount as well. The thing is that you gotta be here repeatedly (probably every month) to get the newest stuff. And for some of those "Oh I gotta have that and sell it on Ebay for the big bucks", I think they have a 10 or 20 item limit. Even if you think you want it, get it because it probably won't be here soon after! I went around looking at the scarce amount of tsum tsums, wandering around looking at pins, t-shirts, whatever merchandise they have in stock! This place is a little smaller than the other ones in Orlando, but much more accessible if you're in Miami/FLL. I guess I need to visit in June or July. I want the Disney Christmas stuff! I used to love coming here. The first time I ever came, I left with 3 huge bags of stuff. After that, the selection has been lackluster. Most of the time, the prices are good, you can get a pair of Mickey ears for $5-$20 depending on the season it came from. They have some nice jewelry and handbags too. The last time I went, however, I found a couple of things I was in love with, especially a pair of Haunted Mansion ears, but they weren't marked down? They were still the original price as if you got them as the parks ($40) and when i went to the cashier to ask if they should be/would be marked down, he simply said "no" and turned away from me. I found most of the staff there were a bit rude. I'll definitely be coming here less moving forward. read more

I visited this awesome Disney outlet store not once but twice in two days (which I'm SO glad I did. I was kind of having this feeling the second day that I wanted to go again. I tried justifying not needing to but my heart told me otherwise). I'm unsure why other reviews said that the prices aren't discounted because they definitely are. Everything here is last season's merchandise or longer. I've been eyeing quite a few Haunted Mansion clothes and purses for awhile so when I saw that this store was selling them at a 20%+ discount, I was excited. Some items here are discounted at 75%. You can find $2.99 headbands, $7.99 shirts, $19.99 sweatpants, and more discounted items. If you're like me and love Dooney & Bourke Disney purses, this place is for you!! I found a Haunted Mansion purse that was at least $75 cheaper than at the Disney parks. I found this purse the second day I visited (which is probably why my heart was insisting on going again). They moved stock around within 16 hours and there were new Dooney & Bourke bags on display. So in short, don't just go one day while you're in the area, go multiple times because you never know what you might find while items are being changed on display (that is, if you're a huge Disney fan and looking for certain items in particular). The music in the shop might be weird and not Disney themed but the cast members are super nice and welcoming. I did not feel pressured or watched the entire time. Right now everything's priced close to as what you would get those same items at the Disney parks so it's not really much of a discounted store any more. Some of the cast members are very friendly and ready to help with whatever you need whilst others have a terrible attitude, specially if you try to return something. Located right outside of Marshalls at the Sawgrass Mills Mall. I love this place. It is my go to right before a trip to Disney world. They get deliveries on Thursdays so you don't know what you'll find. Sometimes I kick myself when I see something I bought in the parks for 1/2 the price. My favorite thing to get are the pins. I sometimes get lucky and get a bunch for 99 cents. My 7 year old loves trading at WDW and spending 99 cents instead of $8+ makes it a fun experience for her. I also know they are real vs some of the fake ones you find on eBay or amazon. You never know what you'll find. They have Vera Bradley Disney and also Dooneys! The cast members are also super friendly and helpful. It's one of my favorite stores in sawgrass mills mall. read more

I've walked by this store soooo many times and I finally went in. My husband and I had done a few day trips in 2016 to Disneyland when we lived in SoCal. I always wanted to bring a souvenir home, but the prices on Disney property were ridiculous and I'm kind of cheap sometimes. This store has a lot of the Disney items for 50-70% less than you would pay at the theme park. I don't have kids, but this would be the PERFECT place to take them before a trip to Disney. You could pick up t-shirts for the parks and the hats for a substantial savings. I saw a pair of Minnie Mouse headband ears for $4-5, these cost $20-25 at the parks! The $22 mouse ear hats were marked down to $4.99. The shirts were a good deal, many were at LEAST half price, some marked from $30 to $13. The souvenir frames were also a good deal at $10, they were substantially made and marked down quite a bit. I also noticed some cute Christmas themed items. I saw stuffed Mrs. Claus Minnie Mouse marked down to $4-5, such a perfect stocking stuffer. There is stuff for Disney loving adults too. I saw mugs for $3-10, parade cushions for $2, baseball hats for $7, Mickey rolling pin for $7 and ornaments of Disney trash cans for $2. I have next to no holiday decorations since I don't like to store things, but I almost walked out with the $8 mini Disney Princess holiday tree. This is the place to shop if you want to save a lot compared to the parks. I haven't been to WDW since 2003, but this store made me excited to go. I spent a lot of time just browsing, but I walked out with only a $5.99 Disney World shirt. read more

After loving all of the Disney merchandise at Disney Springs but not the prices so I came over to Character Premier at the Sawgrass Mills Mall. It is where the parks send all of their clearance merchandise. Prices are marked down 50 -75 percent from what you would pay at the parks. The store is smaller than your average Disney Store at Disney Springs but it is worth the savings to take the time to really look around. They carry pins, accessories, toys, clothing, housewares, collectibles, costumes, and even candy and snacks. I was surprised when I found merchandise from the cruise line. They even had expensive purses by Dooney & Bourke like Orange Bird, Mary Poppins, and Mickey and Minnie. The Orange Bird bag was marked down from $278 to $113.00. I loved all of Marvel and Star Wars merchandise, especially the BB-8 hoodie. I bought a Mickey hoodie marked down to $15 from $65. They had a Haunted Mansion key chain for only $3.95. You know that picture you pay for at the top of Splash Mountain, well you can get the souvenir frame on the cheap here. They had beautiful skirts from the super expensive Cherry Lane store. They had a BB-8 skirt with matching gray cardigan and the Mad Tea Party skirt in mint and pink with the matching yellow dormouse cardigan. The skirt and cardigan where each originally sold for $78 and they were marked down to $25 each. I found the perfect birthday gift for my daughter for one fourth the retail price on the tag. All of the original prices are on the tags so you can see how much you are saving. The merchandise comes across the board from all of the parks, resorts, and even the parks in California. You never know what you will find which makes it like a treasure hunt. If you are a Disney fanatic then you are sure to find something you'll love here. read more

My family came today to the cheesecake factory in the sawgrass Mills mall which was absolutely fantastic but when we came over to the Disney outlet store we were told even though there wasn't a line of people in front of the store to go in that we would have to wait an hour or more to get into the store by registering on one of the representatives iPads. When the representatives were paging the people to come back to go in it was taking them 10 to 15 minutes to get back to the store because they were on the other side of the mall and in the meantime people that were in front of the store like us standing in line could have went in instead. This is completely completely unorganized as to how this is being handled. read more

I am a huge Disney fan and an Annual Passholder. My husband and I recently discovered this Disney outlet at Sawgrass Mills mall and we have probably been here 4 times in the last 2 months! I have been able to find a lot of park and cruise line merchandise on sale from when I attended so it's a bonus to be able to find items that are 50%-75% off. I went today and it is small than a regular Disney store. If you are looking for current merchandise, then this you not be where to go and find it. They have merchandise even from 2016 on sale which is when I went on my Disney cruise and found towels for $10 with the cruise line logo! We are also pin collectors and they usually rotate 2 or 3 different kids of pins every few weeks for as low as .99 cents! I gave it 4 stars because merchandise is not rotated very often and it's not a very big space. read more

I love Disney but the EBay Scammers have really made this store downright ridiculous at times. I hope Corporate knows how bad it is. I hope they care. I legitimately have had to fight off people who sweep entire piles and shelves of merchandise into carts from other stores that can't even fit in the aisles, and they are logged onto websites selling it immediately. Once again today I went in, saw something I liked, and when I went to pick one or two up, the entire bin had vanished. It pains me to say this, but I suspect that some Cast Members and managers have to be in on it. I've been to happier, calmer, kinder and more compassionate Character Warehouses, some of which have closed shop in the last few years. It's sad that the ones that abuse the system get away with it here. read more

I ventured into this store during my trip to the mall this evening. This was my first time at this location and I was overjoyed to learn about the potential deals that were waiting for me inside. Unfortunately my experience was tarnished by the time I left. An employee by the name of Kieran was extremely hostile and rude when answering a simple question in which I asked. What a magical store! They offer an amazing selection of Disney merchandise at unbeatable prices! Further enhancing my experience at Character Premier was a lovely lady by the name of Frieda. She helped me find everything I was looking for and was very knowledgeable, not only about their product/inventory but also about Disney in general. When I was ready to check out she noticed that one of my items had an imperfection. I told her that it was the last one on the shelf, and she insisted on checking in the back to see if they had any more. She found one that was in perfect condition! Too many eBay resellers come and abuse this shop, you see them with shopping carts full to the brim or grabbing all of one item. The employees can't do anything to stop this even though it inconveniences regular shoppers like myself. Today, I had a wonderful time at this establishment. My friends and I came to pin trade there. We live in Orlando most of the time and when we were home for the summer this warehouse become the only place for us to trade Disney pins. This is my favorite hobby and something I love to do. While I was there a woman, who I wish I had caught the name of, brought us pin boards that were wonderful and she was so kind and helpful. It really shows how dedicated she was as an employee that wants the store to succeed and the patrons to be happy. She really had the Disney attitude you hope to see in stores like this. I wish there were more people like her! I downloaded Yelp because I hope to give her the recognition she deserves. She was truly a wonderful person who warmed my heart and made my day.
