BEWARE! There are 2 companies with similar names. "Disneyland Express" showed up 10 minutes before the Disneyland "Resort" Express stop time. I think the purpose was to bamboozle folks into getting in the lame bus and scamming them for the ticket. I used the Disneyland RESORT Express and couldn't have been happier. After I dropped my cell phone while boarding and didn't realize it until we had driven 1/2 mile along the pick up area, our driver, Charlie, was so helpful and patient! I was able to run back and after very unhelpful SW employees and non-existent airport employees could do nothing, some traveler told me it had been turned in to the Uber station building. Recently I have skipped using the taxi or driving the freeways of L.A. to use the Disneyland bus to the airport since it's super handy and stress free. There are about 10 different stops around Anaheim, the last stop is #10 the Disneyland Hotel before the bus leaves for L.A.X. It's $48 round trip and $30 one way to LAX. The bus drivers are very professional and courteous. The drive is always smooth that you can have a little nap on the way. The seats are comfy and if you have kids, they have a cartoon video that they can play. read more

We attempted to use the Disneyland Resort Express both from LAX to our hotel - and returning to LAX. All pre-paid. We followed the directions regarding pick-up spots to the letter. After 1 pick up time passed - with no bus to be seen - we asked people working at LAX if we were standing in the correct spot. Yes, they confirmed that we should be on the lookout for a bus. After 2 pick up times passed, we asked another airport employee if we needed to go elsewhere to connect with the bus - no - we didn't need to move. The airport employee told us that it was common for the bus to miss pick-up times. OK - that got us concerned. After 3 missed pick-up times - we got a LYFT. The same thing happened on our return trip. I contacted the company regarding a refund - as we paid for services that were not even attempted to be rendered. I received one call where the employee confirmed that I was waiting in the correct area - but felt that I must have missed seeing the bus. She passed my info up the chain. What a complete pile... go ahead and punch yourself right in the face and walk away from this one, you can thank me for saving you further grief. Imagine, repeatedly slamming your head, (yes, your actual head) and concussed yourself, then you ate it on a curb and screwed your ankle. That too might be a reprieve. Of course I forgot the lame, archaic ticket they snail mail (because who the f has email, or a printer?!?). Then, imagine that you are completely screwed without them despite waiting for "Tiffany" or whatever her name was, to sit in her cubby on her break, and worrying the bus was coming (although I guess that doesn't always happen either looking at some other reviews ) so I end up calling the 800#) and spoke with someone there, who seemed to want to be helpful, so I said I could get photos of my tickets (thanks neighbor!) and email them along with the receipt to her (yes-barcodes and all!), she said sure! So I did. Did it help? Wtf would you even have me go through calling my neighbor before 8 am her time to go in my house and take photos of papers!?&?&???$?seriously, why would you make me do all that to just be like, nope, can't help ya. F'n paper tickets. Idiotic. And crappy busses. No. No the emailing didn't help, not one bit. They told me tough crackers, and gee that was unfortunate but nadda they can do without a paper ticket. And I would have to buy all new tickets, and they can't refund me unless I mail said paper tickets back. What a ridiculous system. Seriously? I'm going to Disneyland, land of fast pass and mobile tickets, mobile food ordering, etc, and I end up on what I thought was my only option for safe travel for kids and not have to lug around car seats. I was wrong btw, I'll go into that later if anyone is interested who reads this. If anyone reads this. Anyways. So we bought another 3 tickets. Yay. Off we finally go. Half the seats are broken, and we had some idiot on the bus who thinks it's fine his 14 year old use his athletic abilities to chimpanzee himself all over the seats, large, high back, forward facing bus seats. Again.... yay! What a rotten experience. (Seriously, we rented a Tahoe, dark tint, super clean, car service that had child seats that we found, which you should try to find, it wasn't very much more and you get a lot more and not dealing with other people and their bad behavior, and yes if your kids are climbing over seats then you are who I'm talking about. So, there. Parents already deal with their own kids nonsense, they don't want to deal with yours. So, look around. They suck, they are unhelpful, and really is disappointing that Disney reservations made this suggestion. Not worth it at all. read more

FIND ANOTHER RIDE. We purchased round trip tickets for our family from LAX to Disneyland. On the inbound trip, the bus wasn't marked clearly and we almost missed it. Returning to the airport, the scheduled bus simply didn't arrive. We had to call to find out it was not coming, and were not provided with an explanation. I wonder what would've happened had we not thought to call when the bus was late? CoachUSA provided us with a taxi about 30 minutes later but it wasn't without unnecessary stress and negativity. Scheduled bus never made it to LAX due to "operational issues." I found out because I called the company after waiting and wondering. The company could have, at the least, messaged me to tell me that the bus I said I would take when I booked the ticket was not in service. Simple communication would have gone a long way. Based on the reviews I read I was very nervous about using this company to get to and from Disneyland and LAX. This was my first experience flying to LAX and traveling to Disney. We had to wait about an hour for the bus to arrive at LAX because we had just missed one. A large, white bus with Coach written on the side showed up around five minutes late. Their logo from the website was in the window. Bus was air conditioned. We boarded and continued through the other terminals. It took almost an hour to get to our hotel (Paradise Pier). They collected our tickets at the first stop (Disneyland Hotel) and gave us our return voucher (the bottom of the tickets I printed). Pick up was much smoother. They were right on time at Paradise Pier and this time we boarded a bus with 60th Anniversary Mickey on it. Overall it went well. It would benefit them to have all their buses wrapped in the official Disney look, to reduce confusion about which bus to board. There are tons of busses and shuttles coming through and as a first timer it can be confusing. This bus service isn't as nice as the Magical Express bus service at the Orlando Airport. That service is run by Disney and this one isn't. I would recommend this company to others as long as they do their research and know what to expect. read more

This review should be a 3.5, but I tend to rate on the generous side. It's charming and fun, and comfortable. All the things you would look for when you are traveling from your airport to disneyland. The driver was friendly and helpful as well, that was nice. Our trip to disneyland was very nice, even though we had to wait a little bit for the bus, I wouldn't think we had to wait too long. However, we couldn't work out a time for our return trip from Disneyland to the airport. The options were limited and included a hefty walk from the park to the pick up place. When we finally agreed on a location, the driver was late. Even though there was no other passengers on our ride home, we still had to stop at all the other hotels in the area. That's annoying. Then he tried to put on the cars 2 movie (in the middle of the movie) but it was scratched and skipping so much that it was unwatchable. That was annoying. At 28 dollars round trip this was an awesome way to get from the airport to my hotel cheaply and fast. It's a little confusing how to find the stop at LAX, but if you (from across the street) look up there will be the "green" sign they speak of, it's just on the overhang thing that you can't see if you are actually AT the stop. I waited for about 15 minutes for the shuttle and because I went in June, I was the only one on the bus. It was a Friday and the drive to the hotel took about an hour and a half (traffic). On the way back on Sunday it only took 45 minutes. I used a three dollar coupon provided on the webpage. (I'm not sure if it still is) And I think I tipped him 2 dollars each time, so it basically covered the tip. They also give you a card when they drop you off and you give them the round trip payment. You give the card back to them on your return trip. For your return trip you call 24 hours in advance as to what time they should expect you at the pick up spot. All in all it was the simplest part of the trip. I would use them again. read more

Complete failure and endangered a bus full of customers. Our "Luxury" motor coach was having engine trouble leading to numerous stops to try to fix the engine. One of them on the 405. Ultimately the shuttle crapped out 1/2 a mile from our promised destination and we were told their was no other shuttle on the way and the we needed to complete the rest of our journey on foot, with a three year old, a pregnant wife and 4 bags. And if you attempt to speak to anyone on their end you get put through to an answering machine in which calls are not returned. A complete, utter joke. read more

My family and I recently used this shuttle for our journey from LAX to the Paradise Pier Hotel in the Disneyland Resort on Easter weekend. We booked our tickets before we left Australia, so we had a voucher for the shuttle. The bus was a bit late arriving at the terminal, which I assume was probably due to traffic or passenger delays in Anaheim. Our driver was very friendly and helped us place our bags into the storage. The bus is air conditioned, and although there was a few TV screens inside, they were not turned on. The bus stops at each terminal, starting with Terminal 1, and then takes you directly to Anaheim. They stop at the Disneyland Hotel first, where someone else then gets on to check your tickets (or in some cases, buy them) and guests at that hotel could get off. The bus then goes to the other Disneyland Resort hotels, before travelling around to local hotels around the resort. To get from the airport to our hotel, it took about an hour on a Saturday morning (including all of the brief stops). The Disneyland Resort Express may be a bit pricier than the multitude of services we saw offered at the LAX terminals, but my family and I enjoyed it and will be using them again when we return. read more

I was hesitant to use this service based on the reviews I read. But with two young kids and no booster seats, I thought it was our best option. Unfortunately, instructions for picking up from LAX is not very clear. Upon arriving at the airport, we were told to wait at the green flyaway zones for the shuttle to pick us up. Each terminal has one of these zones. According to the company, they pick up at EVERY terminal starting at terminal 2. Unfortunately, that was not the case. With two little kids, I did not want to have to walk further down to terminal 2 so we waited at terminal 1. We waited for an hour and no shuttle came to pick us up. I called the company and they said the shuttle had picked up everyone already and they should've stopped at every terminal. Obviously they did not stop at terminal 1 because we didn't see any Coach or Disneyland shuttle stop by. Ultimately, we had to walk to terminal 2 to ensure we saw the next bus. Thankfully, the next one arrived as scheduled. The ride itself was fine once we were on. But if you're arriving at LAX and you happen to exit at terminal 1, I recommend you go straight to terminal 2 to ensure you see the shuttle. If you have kids, make the walk to terminal 2 before exiting the airport. I made the mistake of thinking we'd get picked up at a different terminal because the company said they pick up at EACH terminal. Unfortunately, that was not the case for us. read more

I used this service over 10 years ago before using it again in September of 2016. My biggest tip is to look for a discount code online to save a bit of money, RT from LAX to your hotel is usually $48, but you can save $5/way with a discount code. The buses are big and comfortable - and they are easy to spot with the Disney wraps around the bus...don't go jumping into any ole bus, now! I arrived early morning on a Thursday and caught the first bus of the schedule, I didn't have to wait too long, and the driver and attendant were nice. There were only about four other couples/families total when we finally left the airport (it stops at all the terminals...I think). During the ride to the Disneyland resort area, they showed a movie...I was expecting a "newer" Disney movie, or even a classic...but they showed "The Indian in the Cupboard"! Which I swear, said Universal Pictures when it started! Anyway, if you're very picky about where you do your business, I would suggest you pee at the airport before boarding the shuttle, or holding it in until you get to your hotel...the restroom in the bus was like the inside of a port-o-potty!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This company puts you and your family in DANGER with their neglected busses and irresponsible drivers! My daughter, grandson and I arrived on April 29, 2019 at 11:40 at the Disneyland Resort Express bus stop. There was a sign on the booth that said that the representative would be back 15 minutes prior to the next scheduled bus arrival time. The arrival time came and went. No representative. No bus. I called the number on the booth and was told that there were mechanical issues and they had cancelled the bus. There were 15 people including small children all waiting for this bus and no one bothered to let us know there would be no bus! They arranged other service for all of us which took an hour to arrive. Overall, we waited over 2 hours to get on a bus to Disneyland. Our flight from Denver took less time. Returning we were picked up by the bus from Paradise Pier Hotel. We noticed when we got on the bus that the "low tire pressure" light was on but didn't think much of it. We picked up another family from one of the other hotels. At one of the intersections, the driver couldn't get the bus into gear and we sat through an entire left turn light. This concerned us. Then, while on the freeway, we had numerous cars honking and people yelling at us. We tried to get the bus driver's attention but he had ear phones in and ignored us. My daughter and I were suspecting that there was a problem with the tire or tires because the entire bus was vibrating (just like it normally does when you have a flat tire). The bus driver paid no attention! It was not until the tire complete blew and we were driving on the rim that he finally pulled over. It was 45 minutes for them to get a van to pick us all up and take us the 2 blocks to the airport. The family that was on the bus with us missed their flight. This lack of maintenance and lack of concern by the drivers puts you and your children in grave danger! This is NOT something that I expect when "Disney" is attached to anything! Upon booking our trip, we added transportation to and from the airport to our package. Biggest. Mistake. Ever. Disneyland Resort Express was supposed to be going through every terminal every 30 minutes. My husband and I waited TWO HOURS before we saw one. We kept seeing a shuttle with the same name (it's the main picture on here for some reason), but we knew that wasn't the bus we were supposed to be on. After the 45 minute mark, I called and was told the bus had just left. My husband and I were glued to the road so we knew we didn't miss it. Called again at the 1 1/2 hour mark, frustrated because we still didn't see one. Finally saw one after 2 hours. I gave it 2 stars because it had wifi, but other than that, waiting sucked and the people over the phone weren't very helpful. We didn't even use this on our ride back even though we paid for it. We instead opted to pay an extra $35 and used Uber instead. read more

I have zero complaints about my first experience. I saw this after doing some online research for alternative transportation options to LAX from my home in Orange County and this was the suggestion Google Maps provided to me. I contacted the business and asked a ton of questions, which the operator was more than happy to answer. I even asked what would happen if the bus did not arrive on time or at all, which she gave me more than enough preparation with action items to follow if this was the case. As someone who was NOT staying at a hotel in the area, I knew exactly where to go and wait for the bus thanks to the wonderful operator who told me where to go. My bus arrived on time, I was the only person on the bus, and the entire ride was a pleasurable experience. I even made it to LAX earlier than the website had indicated. read more

We are traveling with our family in a few weeks from multiple states trying to get transportation for all to the Disneyland hotel on the Resort Express. Why will Disney not mail the tickets to the separate addresses? It's literally two separate addresses. We paid a ton of money even go to Disneyland and Disney won't pay to mail one ticket to another individual in our party that lives in a different state?! After evaluating several options for travel from LAX to my Disneyland area hotel, I opted for this because of price, not having to fight LA traffic myself, and not having to lug a car seat around for my 4 year old son. LAX to Hotel experience: I lucked out and was picked up within 5 minutes of leaving the terminal. After making a few more stops to pick up some more passengers, it was a 45 minute ride to the Disneyland Hotel where a ticketing agent boarded the bus and collected payment from everyone on board. After that's completed, they then started dropping people off at their respective hotels. I was at the front door of my hotel within 1.5 hours of stepping out of the terminal. Hotel to LAX experience: On my departure date, I asked the hotel front desk where the Disneyland Resort Express picks up from, he stated at the front of the hotel. I also called the bus company directly to verify pickup times on their brochure, they stated they actually picked up in front of a Tony Roma's restaurant next to the hotel, so I would recommend double checking with the bus company on pickup location. The bus arrived promptly at the stated time and once again, after a few stops around the different hotels around the area, we stopped at the Disneyland Hotel to collect payment and then another 45 minute trip to LAX. All in all, everything went smoothly with no surprises, I would definitely consider using them again for my next Disneyland trip. read more

I booked my shuttle a month ago and waited at the airport for over an hour only to learn that they had just recently changed their times to end at 8 instead of 9:30. My flight had gotten delayed and arrived at 8:30 so I figured I would just catch the next bus. WRONG! I received no notification of this time change and ended up wasting over two hours trying to find other means of transportation. Will definitely not use again. UPDATE: I have been trying to get ahold of them to get a refund for my ticket. Their customer service representatives have been extremely unhelpful and I've called at least four times with no avail. read more

Beware: these guys change their schedule without notice and you WILL be stranded. I had their "latest brochure" downloaded directly from their website that was dated December 2013. Between late January and early March they changed the schedule. However, they didn't bother telling anyone. There was zero warning on their website, they didn't change the schedule in their downloadable brochure, and they didn't give a heads up to any of the Disneyland hotels. As a result, when I tried to take the bus in March 2013 -- just four months after their latest schedule had been posted --I was stranded in Anaheim, waiting futilely for a bus that was listed on their 12/13 schedule but had been taken away with no notice to anyone. Their customer service department has not responded to my emails or my request for a ticket refund, so I've had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Avoid these losers at all costs. There's no need to pay close to $50 (their R/T ticket is $48!!) for a service that might or might not show up and won't be at all apologetic about it. It's a pity. They get two stars because the ride from LAX to our hotel was fairly smooth. Going home we were told that the bus will automatically stop in front of our hotel at 40 minutes past the hour. What we weren't told was that this bus only takes you to the Disneyland Hotel, where you have to wait for another bus. A few people had STARTED from Disneyland Hotel and were very surprised at their half hour ride to nowhere. The first bus driver had attitude - "That's just the way it works." Looking back at other reviews going back years, this is the way it works - poor communication and confused, unhappy passengers. Apparently the Gray Line people are perfectly happy with this, but I think the Disney people should look into it. It's not the kind of service that I associate with their company. read more

I as well really wish I had read the reviews before. although westjet vacations recomended this bus when we booked online so we thought it would be ok, were we ever wrong 1) the bus the 30 minutes late and other comapnys were stopping and telling us they are always late 2) the driver told us we didnt have tickets but yet we did? After waiting nearly an hour after the scheduled departure time for our bus at LAX, we were told the bus we were supposed to take was full and we'd have to wait for the bus coming the next hour. Even once that bus came, it still took an additional hour before we left the airport. On our return trip from Disneyland back to LAX, our bus was delayed (again) for no real reason. The Disneyland Resort Express isn't actually run by Disney, and it shows. I would not recommend this as an option to anyone who is looking for a reliable mode of transportation to/from the Disneyland Resort. read more

So the one thing they don't tell you is that for it to be $30 for the one way is that it has to be a shared ride, and for that you need at least 3 people. Got to the shuttle on time. Spent 30 minutes with the driver circling the airport to find more people before they ultimately combined vans so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer. The driver told me that if I wanted to go in a private shuttle it would have been a flat fee of $95, which he says would have been a good deal with taxis charging $120. Even though Uber's at the time are only $50. Just really frustrating that it's not said anywhere that if no one else is landing that is going to one of the Disney hotels you just have to wait until people magically show up. Also, there are signs on the vans that say the "customary" gratuity is not included. Finally, for something tied to Disney, I'd expect a nicer vehicle. It was a large white van. read more

WISH I COULD GIVE THIS NEGATIVE STARS but I can't. Darn. 9:50AM pick up ended up being 10:10AM pick-up. Late when being depended on for time-sensitive transportation? Very annoying & unprofessional! The guy that was taking payment didn't understand English so that language barrier was a major issue. I don't usually complain about it because I understand that everyone has to make a living but OMG, it was absolutely ridiculous dude. At least have someone that is running my card be someone that can understand me. It was quite frustrating & confusing. NO ORGANIZATION, NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO NOTHING. We (3 adults, 2 kids) took the shuttle from LAX to the Embassy Suites Anaheim south, and we were totally fine with the entire process. Easy to book online or on the phone, reasonably priced ($30 per person RT, kids under 3 are free), hell it beats driving in LA., convenient pick up times (every hour). Since Disney suggested this service when we bought our tickets we assumed it was worthwhile. We've used the official shuttles at Walt Disney World and those have always been great. We waited a half hour and the bus was 20 minutes late according to their schedule. It pulled up next to us and we started walking toward the door. It didn't even come to a complete stop before pulling away. We waved our arms hoping they'd see us, but it didn't stop. Since we already paid for the non-refundable tickets our only options now are to wait another hour or waste a lot of money. I'm especially nervous about our trip back to the airport--how absurdly early do we need to leave to get there on time? Looking at other reviews we're not the first to have this exact problem. I'm not sure why Disney continues to use Southern California Gray Line for their official shuttles. If nothing else they could at least set expectations better and make it clear it will take two hours or more to get to your hotel. This is not "express". read more

Ok so I rate 5 starts for my arrival from LAX to the California Grand. The gentleman who was beyond awesome. He was mexican (he told us where he was from in mexico) I wish I could remember for the life of me what his name was. He interacted with my family and everyone on the bus. The kids loved him. I appreciated him, and we let him know it when he dropped us of. The jerk who picked us up, was just that, a jerk. A) Didn't pick us up in a Disneyland Bus, but a Greyline bus. B) Didn't get out of the bus to let us know he was picking us up. C) Drove off. Every other shuttle from greyline came and asked us where we were going, we said SNA, even non-greyline shuttles checked on us. Then I had to call greyline cause we were 20 min past our pick up time. Here rolls around the same bus. He opens the door and shouts at us about going to SNA. He was so rude. He wouldn't even load our luggage. I was furious. I told him he was rude when we checked into SNA and left him a $1 tip. And I"m sorry, If I pay for the Disneyland Espress, give me the Disneyland Bus. Would not recommend. I waited at the appropriate place at the airport, called the bus line to confirm the pickup of the next bus. I waited 30min for the next bus and watched it fly right past me. I chased after an empty bus and it didn't stop. I called the 1800 number, they told me that the GPS showed that it stopped where I was waiting. I assured the woman that it did not. I was told to wait another hour for the next bus. I asked for my money back so that I could just take a cab since I was not confident that the next bus would stop. She said she could not, and that I would get a call in 48 hours from her supervisor. I never received a call. I wish I would have read the rest of the reviews before deciding to take this bus. If you are concerned with reliability of transportation, then I highly recommend trying a different method of transportation. I was skeptical based on the yelp reviews, but everything turned out fine. We booked roundtrip tickets with promo code AOC from visitanaheim.org, which saves you about $10 per person. Was picked up at terminal 3 around 10-15 minutes after the scheduled time on the pamphlet. However, it does state that the pick up times are for terminal 1. So if you are at a higher numbered terminal, you will probably get picked up several minutes after the scheduled time. We stopped at each terminal to pick up passengers. It took about an hour to get to our hotel on a Tuesday afternoon. It will stop at the Disney resort hotels first and other hotels last. When on the bus, they will give you a paper to schedule your pick up. They call you the day before to tell you when the pick up is. You can also call the day before to schedule. Pick up back to the airport was easy and the bus was on time. Disney resort hotels are picked up last on this route. Again, it took about an hour to get to our terminal. No traffic on a Saturday. They played a Disney movie, which was great to pass the time, however, they did not do this going from LAX to hotel. ---- Honestly, people writing reviews about a sketchy bus obviously didn't do their homework. Other companies will have a similar name but not look like the coach/greyhound type of bus- THEY'RE TRYING TO SCAM YOU. Look for the bus based on the yelp photos and you'l be fine. read more

Purchased tickets for 2 people to use this shuttle from Grand California Hotel to SNA. The shuttle showed up 20 min late then weren't going to leave for another 10 min, making it a 30 min delay. When talking to the hotel employees, they said this is a common occurrence for this shuttle. I ended up just eating the ticket costs then getting a cab instead since I didn't want to risk being late for my flight. This shuttle is unreliable so I suggest taking a cab from Grand Californian. It's about the same cost for 2 people anyway and there's plenty of cabs waiting there for customers. read more

What can I say the service of the ticket agent was excellent the drivers are very courteous but the schedule was the biggest problem. The prices increased by 42% from the last one I normally would take the service as a commuters and I do work for the airlines. I feel that they're the only thing that's keeping it from being the success that it once was is it's management I feel that the new schedule is a joke and it's a way of the self sabotaging. I feel that the management is accountable for all these changes. I am also upset with Dispatch and Reservation service. I hope that I find a way to voice my concerns over the unpleasantries of this company. I do know that this company is run by Southern Pacific Coast sightseeing Tours. I just hope that the management seriously consider their next move carefully. Dispatch supervisor Haney was an unpleasant man to speak with over the phone. The man's use of information made it clear to me that the service was definitely created at the upper management level. This leaves me to question how do they sleep at night knowing that they are really needing a great company that was once held high by it's customers for their customer service their availability to the local Disneyland area hotels. In conclusion I just can only hope that they do seriously consider a new schedule making it more available at local hotels and also providing us with actual physical schedule. read more

Great way to get to and from the airport without having to try and brave the LA traffic! It was $60 roundtrip for 2 people (so $30 each), which, was a little pricey but having the fact that you don't have to drive ease your mind is a good thing. We waited for about 30 mins when we arrived at the airport but it really depends on what time you arrive and what terminal you are at as it leaves every 30 mins before 7:30 and every hour after that. It took 40 mins to get to our hotel at Disneyland, which wasn't bad at all. Coming back it took about an hour. Again, nothing can be done about timing - it all depends on the traffic. I'd take this bus again but it wouldn't hurt if it was slightly cheaper. read more

If you arrive close to the hour, you can hop this big bus to Disneyland and enjoy a short ride, Disney movie on a small monitor, and comfy seats. I enjoyed this service and would absolutely use it again! read more

Scheduled bus never came. Waited 1.5 hours for next bus. :"( no consideration for customer's time. There are plenty of better and cheaper options. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT book this service. read more

A good experience for a form of public transportation! I purchased the family pass for me, my sister, bro in law and nephew. the buses are clean and comfy The ride from LAX to Disneyland was great. The ride from Disneyland/hotel to LAX was less streamlined, but still great. a bus comes and picks up passengers at their hotels and then takes everyone to Grand Disneyland. This is were it got a little chaotic. A lot of people were getting antsy and upset of having to wait, but hey if you dont want to wait then rent a car! the bus to LAX was completely full- but that is life taking a form of public transportation! both bus drivers were great! the family pass is a good deal. Currently on the shuttle from LAX and super unhappy with how the last hour just went down. We landed at LAX, went to look at our tickets for instructions on where to go, there's nothing. Visit the website, nothing. Finally call customer service. Not super helpful woman tells me the driver will pick up from every terminal starting at 2 and go all the way around, just wait at the shuttle area. Ok! We go outside, realize we are at terminal 1. I called back to confirm, they don't pick up at terminal 1 so if you fly southwest, prepare to walk to terminal 2. It's not super far, mildly irritating that the info isn't on the ticket or the website, but it is what it is. On the lookout for a bus with Buzz Lightyear at Terminal 2 in the hotel shuttle waiting area now! Here it comes, hooray! Except the driver, despite my husband flagging him, doesn't pull over... instead he waves us down to further down. Even more irritating, but alright, maybe we stopped in the wrong spot (could have been avoided with some info on the website/ticket). So we start walking, briskly, keeping the bus in our sights. He stops at terminal 3, awesome, we're done now! No. Despite having seen us, despite having made eye contact and motioning to my husband, HE STARTS DRIVING AWAY FROM TERMINAL 3. Now we are confused and don't know what to do, so we do the only thing we can do, pick up our stuff and RUN as I try to call customer service and maybe tell him to wait or I don't even know what. My husband is carrying two mid sized suitcases and I'm pushing a double stroller through the smoggy, hot pick up area of LAX, dodging around people who are casually waiting, apologizing as we run, and hoping we haven't knocked anyone down. Finally my husband caught up to the bus and the driver pulled over between terminal 4 and 5, and tells us no he wasn't motioning us to go to the next terminal, his hand motion was to tell us he was going to come back around. Well that's just peachy. My husband is a commercial truck driver, he knows the hand signals. We would have been waiting another hour until the next scheduled bus came. And after all that, we're in a bus with a stereotypical LA driver (are there barf bags anywhere?) and no movie. Why even book this bus if we're going to sit in silence? We made good time I guess, maybe not stopping at every terminal even when you have customers waiting is how they keep on schedule. TLDR: I'll be booking another company, ANY other company, for our return trip. read more
