Not only did both cases get handled superbly, but he offered regular check-ins about the process while asking about anything I forgot to mention to be sure he had the full picture, and he was more than happy to explain what he was doing and why (which I always find very fun!). The keyboard replacement was $125 and the malware wipe was $175--the original estimate I'd gotten for the malware wipe was much higher, but he handled everything like the pro he is and got my laptop back to me as quick as he could. I've also sent a phone in to be repaired, and while unfortunately it couldn't be saved even with part replacements ("catastrophic internal failure" type stuff), he DID try as many things as he could think of to try to get it working again which I am incredibly grateful for. He also put me on the path to people who might be able to extract my data despite the state of my phone! This whole deal was $87. This shop is thorough in their work and the workplace has the kind of vibe you get when the people working there actually enjoy it. Definitely the kind of place I'd ACTUALLY recommend to friends and family, not just saying so on the non-existent exit questionnaire. I requested a quote without her coming to my home first due to my time constraints and when she arrived there were still a lot of things for me to finish up (there was a narrow path between an overflowing bin of recycling and parts of a bicycle/workout equipment). They started upstairs while I got the downstairs cleared out and spent maybe four hours to clean the roughly 1600sf and at the end of it my house looked amazing. They even cleaned the inside of my fridge (which needed it!) and organized my food :) Baseboards windowsills, and floors all scrubbed and clean and everything looking and smelling great. Then she said the charge was a lot less than the original quote. I wish they were able to continue to provide services for me once I move but I will be too far out of range. I have used a lot of companies to clean (I moved 9 times in 11 years for both move out and move in services) and this is by far the best experience I have ever had - both the cost and the service.
