    Yesterday my local access account with Rainier Connect went down; all I got was a 404 page with a…read moredog on it. I called Rainier Connect and after a couple of minutes talking with a technician he said since my wireless company was Century Link he couldn't help me and to call another number. I simply thought it was another department within Rainier Connect; wrong. It turned out to be Whisler Communications. Shane answered the phone and after I explained my problem; even though I am not a customer, he took over my computer and fixed the problem. Shane was professional, courteous, friendly, and in 10 minutes I was back up and running. I live in Scottsdale, AZ and will probably never use his company, but I would highly recommend his services to anybody who lives in his operating area. She made everything easy and crystal clear. She even had us bring our old smartphones in and we got $300 dollars EACH for our OLD smartphones just for signing up! Since there is no way to reply to the stores reply, I'd like to share that no one ever followed up or called back or did anything to alleviate the damage they did, just as I suspected, they would ignore it as they have every other attempt I've ever made to resolve something with them. It's just empty words and more of the same poor and unexplainable lack of service or care of any genuine nature. I made the right decision by leaving Verizon, clearly. pretending to be concerned for someone's troubles that you admittedly caused,when in reality you just wanted people to read what sounded good and seemed sincere. Man, that is beyond pathetic.

    Just last month I was talking to a friend about my high cable bill and never ending increases. He…read morereferred me to Scott at Sky Systems to help me out and said they Dish. I was a bit nervous going to a satellite tv service because several years ago we were with DirecTv and thought we would never change until our 5th year with them when the renter neighbor next door installed a DirecTv dish that completely blocked our signal and the technician there refused to move the dish they just installed, they wanted to move ours. That day, they lost of customer for good. We went back to cable which we hated but not going back to a company that turn their backs on us after 5 years (the renter was evicted), and new homeowner went with cable so DirecTv lost 2 customers within 5 months of time. I kept getting offers from DirecTv over the years but they gave us a bad taste of their customer service we wouldn't want to risk them again. I called and spoke to Scott at Sky Systems and even though it was almost closing time for him he spent over the time getting my husband and I signed up and set up for an install 2 days later. His installer Brad was very good and helpful to my husband and answered and helped with any questions and concerned he had and with the new remote. So glad we were recommended to Sky Systems. We love our Dish Network Systems. Excellent Customer Service from Scott (owner) to Brad (installer). I am from Lacey, WA not sure why my profile is showing San Francisco, CA.
