My venue did not recieve that information until almost September. My venue called me in November stating they were unable to get in touch with Southern Bear Catering. So i tried to reach out myself, but did not get an answer. I emailed, called and messaged them on Facebook. I eventually found one of the works on Facebook and sent a private message. They said they no longer worked there. So I reached out to trish the owner. I told her I had been trying to get intouch with someone and that I wanted my contract. I never did sign a contract with her as I was never given one. I asked for the contract in December 2025. She emailed me a contract in January 2026. It was only signed by her. I told her I wanted a refund as there is absolutely no communication! I never received the refund so I had to take her to small claims court. SHOCKER..she never showed. I had to drive 4hrs to go to court..I won the case.. but please save your time and money and DO NOT HIRE SBC!! Such a headache!

This bowl was listed with the following -- mac & cheese, Cajun butter poached shrimp, queso, peppers and onions, black bean corn salsa, citrus crema, salsa sauce, jalapeños, and tortilla strips and cilantro. All things I love! Once I got to the window and placed my order I only had a short wait to receive my food. The guy at the window was super friendly! I brought the goods home and knew I was going to have leftovers for days. (Which I'm still enjoying!!!). As you can tell from the list of ingredients above I found the bowl offered a lot of fun combinations making for a great eating experience. The 2 things that would have elevated the bowl for me would have been salt and spice! I understand that serving a large range of clientele from a food truck would force seasoning to be on a lighter handed side versus a heavy handed side. But the reality is that I got to bring my bowl home and adjust the seasoning and spice level myself. :-) I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the FU truck again.

I believe Veggie Bin and Queen St Grocery. If you DM them on social, you can get four pizzas delivered locally for $75. I went that route. The delivery process was great. I had them at my door the next morning and paid in advance via Venmo. I do feel that they're pretty pricey for the size of the pizza when compared to other places selling similar pizzas with gourmet toppings etc. The cooking process is super easy. The longest part is getting the over preheated to 525 degrees. You pop them in directly on the center rack for about 7 mins and they are perfect. The quality is excellent and the taste is top notch. I cooked them two at a time and now we've been talking about placing another order. They are 100x better than a frozen pizza from the store but they're also about 300x more expensive so that's up to you on whether it's worth it. For me it's more of a treat but I'll definitely be getting more to have for those nights you want great pizza but don't feel like going out to evo, coastal crust, or monza.
