I called them and I was obviously distressed about finding bed bugs in my home ( I was actually in tears) The woman on the phone patiently waited for me to calm down and spoke calmly with me, assuring me that everything would be okay. She scheduled an appointment quickly and made me feel a lot better. After our call she followed up with an email with detailed instructions on how to prepare my home for treatment. When the exterminator (Robert) arrived he was kind and knowledgeable. He showed me signs of the bugs and educated me on their entire process. Fortunately we had found our bugs early and they were only in one room. However the Robert treated the entire home and each bed. He called me when he was finished to let me know if he found other problem areas and to give me in between treatment instructions. The company completed two treatments and when Robert returned for the second treatment he again walked me through the process and educated me on preventative measures for the future. The two treatments come with a 6 month warranty and the entire ordeal cost $800 for my large old 4 bedroom home in Marysville. UPDATE Randy returned to treat my home on 10/20/2013. He was thorough and professional and stated that the reason I still had a problem was that it had been too long since the last treatment. When he left, he said he would be back again in 7 days. 10/24/2013 Randy called to confirm his arrival on 10/26/2013. 10/26/2013 Randy and an employee arrived at my home on time and completed the treatment. As of this time, I see no living bugs. Randy's guarantee is good for six months, so I will watch and if I see bedbugs again, I will contact him. As of this time, I am satisfied. Randy has done what he said he would do and his communication with me improved immensely. I appreciate him standing by his guarantee and doing putting effort into making things right. I feel like he did have extraordinary personal issues which interfered with his profession but he ultimately did correct the mistakes he made and I do not think that others would have the same issues I had under normal circumstances.
