This incident occurred 2 months ago, but every chance I get to tell my story I will…read more After today's incident if I could give The Goddard School a ZERO, I would! Today, I picked my baby up from school at 5:30 and the teacher informed me that my baby had been a little cranky for the past hour. Once I arrived home I took her out of the car seat and noticed she wasn't moving her right arm. When I went to touch her arm she started screaming. I called the school to see if she had fallen or if an incident report was done. I was given 3 different conflicting responses. After further observation of my baby I took her to the emergency room. After being examined by the doctor. The diagnosis was Nursemaid's elbow. This is a dislocation of a bone in the elbow called the radius. Dislocation means the bone slips out of its normal position. This injury occurs when a child is pulled too hard by their hand or wrist. So from approximately 12pm to 5:30pm none of Goddard's staff realized that she was in pain, she wasn't moving her arm and that her arm was just dangling! Corporate will be notified in the morning and I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. This is not the first incident I have had with the Goddard school, but it will be my last. After all this the owner falsified documentation and submitted documents to corporate that were not signed by me the parent!!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

I would not recommend this location at all. I removed my child after 1 month here under the new…read moreowner "Ms. Kay". I picked my daughter up earlier than normal one day to find she had peed on herself. She is potty trained, so this was odd... and her sleeping mat was dry. I took her to the restroom in the class and to my surprise, I saw dried up poop on the toilet and no tissue. I took her to the second restroom in the class and saw a pile of soiled clothes on the floor and dried poop on that toilet as well. So, did my child pee on herself because she didn't want to sit on feces?! At this point, I cleaned the toilet myself so my child could use it. I then noticed a lump on her head which I was not informed about. It was red, swollen and did not go away for another 5 days after applying ice off and on to her head with complaints of it hurting. I reported everything to the front desk because the teachers had already gone outside with the class. Nice young lady at the front told me to ask lead teacher about it the next day. The next day, I asked Ms. Amy (lead teacher) about everything mentioned above and she shrugged her shoulders while still cutting out a paper leaf and said "I don't know. Yesterday was a blur. It was a lot going on and I just don't know. I didn't sign up for this. I thought all the kids here were potty trained". Anything she said after that was a blur to me. I couldn't believe she said that. And there are signs in the restroom that state that the kids should be getting assistance. I complained to the front desk and the owner called me and was very insincere, kept making excuses for the teachers, and never once asked about my child. She responded to my report saying "We fully support our teachers and she probably is overwhelmed. The children should be potty trained in that classroom." Ms. Kay kept referring to other kids and I had to stop her mid-sentence because none of what she was saying had to do with me and my concern. I literally left my doctor appointment to come pick up my child mid-day after talking to Ms. Kay. I didn't feel heard or reassured that this would not happen again. Maybe because it will happen again. I emailed Ms. Kay the same day I pulled my child out of the school. One month later, and she still has not responded.

absolutely terrible!! the director thinks it's ok to serve 3 year olds full-sized, uncut hot dogs…read more when trying to address that issue with the director, she could have cared less. she told me that the "older kids were served hot dogs and the younger ones got chicken nuggets". I have video evidence that this is untrue. her secretary laughed at me when I voiced my concern to her about the biggest choking hazard for a child under the age of 4. the director refused to address the actions of the secretary and told me to "take it up with her". I'm not her employer and that is the job of the director. when asked if every staff member is certified in cpr, the director told me that she didn't have to disclose that information.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!!!! the abuse kids my 2 year…read moreold daughter told me that her teacher slapped her and she fell I called DFACS and they are investigating I also contacted the police the director (who is very unprofessional) told me children make up stories and I can't review the camera because it's now deleted. My child is very advanced and couldn't possibly make up a story like that ever since she told me about the teacher hitting her she has nightmares and would cry anytime anyone mention going to school. A previous teacher told me they pinch children behind their ears and hand so it won't bruise. I also have a picture of a teacher sitting on a student because the child didn't want to go to sleep. This daycare is the worse and the director only care about money not the children. They feed them the same food everyday, the teachers and children are always sick and they are also abusing children!!!!!!! Teachers are constantly quitting because it's a horrible place to work.

I never saw anything there to super set off red flags but in my gut I always felt a bit weird about that place. It was always very cluttered, smelled funny, a bit runned down, caregivers didn't really look too thrilled to be there etc... my son ended up only being there for about two weeks and he actually got sick the first week he started there, but it was just a small cold thankfully. About three weeks ago I saw a billboard near my house for this Oasis Kidz Academy and decided to check it out, so I went online and checked out the site. I liked what I saw and gave them a call, I spoke to Mrs.Carolyn and she was beyond welcoming and helpful; that same day I made an appointment to go tour the place after work and I was in love! everything from how spotless the place is to how amazingly healthy the food menu is and all the awesome activities they do daily. My little one has been so happy there with all the teachers and he's learning so much (wayyyy different from last place) every day he comes home with little projects and arts 'n' crafts he made for the day. Now you're probably thinking this place is not that affordable but to my surprise it was more affordable than the toddler jail!!!! and since I'm an essential worker I also qualified for 10% off the tuition! If anyone is looking for awesome and affordable daycare this is the place!

They put her in several schools, including a private church school. What a disappointment. All she did was play with very little learning. Sometimes you don't know how good things are until you go somewhere else. The parents are back in the area and are thrilled to re-enroll their daughter The owner, Nadia takes such care with all the kids. Choose this daycare, you won't be disappointed. I'm a picky grandma and was very hesitant at first, even a little jealous of someone who loved on my grand as much as I did. I'm so glad I got over that. I couldn't be more happy. My granddaughter is one smart cookie because of Nadia.
