My grandchildren both attended BFLC two years ago when they were living in my home. I was shopping (months after they were no longer attending,) when I ran into the owner Sharon. She immediately recognized me, and asked (by name) how my grands were doing! We again needed to enroll our grands last Spring. Everyone remembered us immediately, and made the enrollment and transition a breeze. The care our grands receive is wonderful, they love attending, and love their teachers. Everyone greets you and your child by name in the morning, and goodbye when they leave. They are very family oriented, and make your child feel special and loved. We use this facility for Georgia 4 Pre-K. The teachers are very kind to my boys and always tell me a little bit about their day when I pick them up in carline. They have a ProCare app and share pictures of my boys doing their work and playing almost daily. For Thanksgiving and Christmas, they invite parents to share special holiday meals with the kids, and the kids sing a chorus for them. I would give it a 5, except my boys have had some trouble being bullied by other boys in their class. And if the Georgia red clay could be covered up in the playground area, that would be helpful. We've had some new, lighter-colored pants stained beyond repair. They get a 4 because the teachers have always been quick to respond to any issues and make it right. I want to shout out to my boys' teachers, Mrs. Amy and Mrs. Gigi, they are phenomenal. read more

The worst learning center for your children. My husband and I enrolled our son in this school and he has developed and adapted terrible behaviors because of lack of supervision from his teachers (who looks overwhelmed every single day), lack of support from the administration and lack of communication from the admin. The first red flag was when Tabitha told me, in the main lobby, as I was coming in, infront of parents, that my son was being "aggressive". That took me by surprise. My son is 1 years old, that verbiage is ridiculous. Then, the director Amanda Meadows said that my son "busted" a child's lip and he "clawed" a child. How do I know all of this to be true? I tried to set up meeting with Amanda and Dalis to confirm this and speak through this because my husband and I do not believe our son clawed or busted anyone! In which they DO NOT respond back. All I hear from the administration, including Amanda is that they are understaffed so she is consistently running in circles with no purpose except handing out papers to me stating that my son Is suspended. My son has only been enrolled for 2 months and he has been disenrolled as of today because this administration and teachers do not know how to do their job correctly! My son has NEVER had a behavior issue. The final straw was Amanda handing me a paper AGAIN infront of parents, saying that he is suspended and I told her that I would appreciate if we spoke in private and not infront of other people and she said "this space here was an office" and continued to talk about my sons behavior. The Tabitha lady was rude and I witnessed her talking too firm to a child that bit and when she saw me look at her she stopped. Another teacher who is dark skinned and younger had my son on her hip after changing him and I walked into his classroom and this other toddler was crying so instead of consoling this toddler who's visibly upset, she was staring at her and did nothing! I had to console the toddler myself! The facility is dirty. They high level clean, but don't sanitize thoroughly. Our previous academy for our son was 1000 times better! They are called MT. Elizabeth academy and I recommend everyone there! This has to be the worst learning center. Today was my sons last day and whoever packed his bag put his craft papers at the bottom of the bag all crumbled up!!! M No consideration. They are so quick to suspend and slow for everything else! This admin only responds to email in LENGTH about child's behavior and state they are doing EVERYTHING. Which is untrue. It was 2 weeks since enrollment and this Tabitha lady said "what do you guys do, we have exhausted all our resources" like really? In 2 weeks time?! How much can you exhaust in 2 weeks time and see results over night?! Makes no sense! I tried to meet with Amanda the director this last time and asked if we could meet on the coming Friday and she said no because she would be out of office (which you NEVER SEE her or the assistant director in the mornings or past 5pm - so if you need to talk to them, good luck) so she mentioned she was ONLY available the next day in the middle of the day and if we couldn't meet the next day then she would schedule something the following week! Which is ridiculous. I told her that I needed to speak with her or a superior asap about my son and didn't want my son to get disenrolled. Instead of giving me someone's contact information so that we could meet I contacted Dalis, the enrollment director. I emailed her, I texted her and the next day I called her at 12pm, she answered and said "oh I was going to call you. Can I call you at 4-5?" And never did! Why even say you were going to call me and then reschedule your call to me?! So UNPROFESSIONAL. All the teachers that we made contact are rude. They won't look at you in the eyes and say good morning or good bye or nothing. Especially the dark skinned young lady. She was farthest from being nice. The assistant director Kaley was rude and unprofessional and made our son situation hostile. I wish I could write more. All this happened in 2 months. read more

Let me begin by saying...I was wary about this school in the beginning but wanted my child to be close to me.. When I first "toured" the school the kids of all age groups were outside playing on the "earthy" "playground" which if you like to dress your kids nice do not bother. (I will get to how clothes and other things go missing later) with a bat and ball while I was talking to the teacher and one of the kids actually hit another with the bat..Honestly my first red flag but I assumed the supervision was taking care of this. Upon my child starting the FIRST week is the only week where he wasn't missing anything but was always very thirsty coming home..From the second week on it gets worse I I pack my child three or more outfits daily. When I came to pick him up he had whatever throw away clothes they could find or some other Childs clothes on..and just a myriad of nonsense. When asking his new teacher (the other one left within his first two weeks) she stated she would find those things that were missing one of the directors "Dalis" did as well..never happened..Every time I came to pick up my child I viewed some unorganized mess at this facility..Even with covid still being present the "lunch lady" they have although she is sweet she prepares food with her bare hands..in this day and age or at all I find that disgusting (I prepared my Childs lunch) The children in his age group bring personal cups that are placed and left in a bin by the sink swarming with gnats they keep old water in it and I had to throw away at least three of my Childs expensive cups by the rancid water they left in there. Anytime you ask the teacher a question (3yr old) class by the way you get the most dense look you can possibly get...And folks here is the kicker...My child left home with hair down the middle of the back but left the daycare with hair cut up to towards the neck, with no explanation and of course denial as if I wouldn't notice or my child didn't understand what happened. I reached out and got impatient because the response from Director nor the OWNER keen on finding answers but avoiding the direct questions I was asking regarding what happened.. I had already informed the proper people and found a better program for my child.. but I still have intent on getting the news involved not to mention getting a proper explanation for my child .. I can't say much for the curriculum because my child didn't attend long nor did he pick up anything that I can say was prevalent regarding education.. The directors are lackadaisical and really just unorganized..Be Forewarned about putting your kids in a daycare like this the surface may have you fooled but come at certain times and you will see just how bad it is but in the end for me. I had already made up my mind on the route I would take to see how it was handled...Be forewarned they don't do incident reports, they don't take accountability, and are really over priced for the outdated and disgusting way they run things. I.e the kitchen , the classrooms and the playground is basically a ball of dirt and dilapidated equipment, with a Giant rock and stick for kids to play on..I don't know about the other locations but WOODSTOCK isn't the location you want to bring your child too and honestly.. You may want to check ANY of them thoroughly before allowing your child to attend.. read more

We are so grateful to have found our 2nd home at BFLC. We had a subpar experience with another facility with constant teacher turnover. Something we haven't experienced at BFLC because they take such great care of their staff. We love BFLC! read more

My son goes to the Marietta location but when COVID hit we had to go to the Woodstock location for a bit. During that time, Sharon (the owner) remodeled the Marietta center and installed the UV lights. I couldn't have been more happy and eager to get back to our 2nd home! The teachers at each location were so nice and loving. During the hard times, I didn't have to worry about my son being upset or scared. He loves going to either location. I can not wait to enroll him in Ga Pre-k and start our new addition at the Woodstock location! read more

My daughter attends Bells Ferry, currently and we love it. My daughter talks about Ms Christina and Ms Laura all weekend. Every day she comes home she is excited to tell us what she learned. They keep us informed and are always ready to answer any question we have. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice. Do NOT use this school. Lies were told to us when we first brought out child here about before/after school care and they decided at some point to go back on what they originally said. They sent home a letter with my child (never spoke to me or my wife about this) claiming we owed $300. My wife called them 3 times to talk to them about this and they would never return her call. They never once talked to either of us in person about this either. They are trying charging us for weeks we didn't use their care, when they initially told us if we didn't use them then we didn't pay. Today, they tell me wife she can't leave our daughter there until we pay $400 and said that she was no longer welcome in the school. Rude staff, telling lies, charging people for things they don't charge others for. This place is horrible and I knew when they tried playing games with us when we switching from the Marietta Bells Ferry over to the Woodstock Bells Ferry, that we shouldn't have wasted our time with them. read more

Bells Ferry Learning Center is a great place for children. I am the Private kindergarten teacher at this school & have come to love the environment and relationships I've made. We are more than coworkers but we're family. The people that work here are the kind of people you want your kids spending their days with. They truly care and love they children in their classrooms. I would never recommend this daycare. My grandsons fingers were slammed in The door. They never gave me an incident report at the time. 6 months later, They created a fraudulent incident report and gave it to the father of my grandson , knowing this child is in state custody.
