One of my favorite things is that the school host several events for all the occasions including us parents which is amazing for our family creating those memories with our little ones are precious to us. Also Having the facility run as a preschool has prepared my oldest transition into prek so easily and head in his class. The only thing you can maybe find as inconvenient is the hours run as regular school not a daycare facility or not providing food however it's not a big deal for me. I appreciate the warm sweet teachers. I'll continue to recommend them.

He appeared to be around 2 years old and could not speak to me. After calling the police it was found that he belonged at the Blooming Daisies Learning Center and they did not appear to know he was missing or where he was found. I would strongly encourage you too double check the facility and the training of all adults that are employed at this facility for the safety of your children. The police were called so you can verify the incident with the Harris County Constables office to the extent they were called out to the facility and they were seen going in to check the facility since no one appeared to know he was missing or how he got out in the first place. That baby almost lost his life today and that is not okay when you are paying for someone to keep your child safe.

A girl was cleaning throughout the day, including the windows and doors. I went to the infant room And saw that every infant had their items that they either played with or sat in. No one has to share. All the teachers were very friendly and got to know my son well. The Director is great. She truly cares about the families that come to the learning center. I appreciate the app where I can talk to the teachers and see when he eats and how much he eats and when he is changed. But really, what sealed the deal for me is that the infant room has a curriculum that they follow. It's not just them looking at your child. Here's what I think: Health and Safety: Ms. Deana and her administrative team have implemented many policies and procedures to ensure that children are safe, secure, and able to learn in a conducive environment. I am happy that I have barely had to stay home due to my children's illness from childcare. If my children pick up a common cold or anything that needs immediate attention, I will not send them to the daycare to ensure I follow the rules to keep other children safe from illnesses. We must do our part as parents. They will return after feeling better or following the protocols in place. Teachers: I can only speak from the experience of the teachers I have had. Ms. Celia is simply outstanding! My son loves her to the moon and back....and he is only 1. He has been with Ms. Celia since he was two months old, and he knows her and positively reacts to her. She is warm and motherly and makes me feel safe with him in her care. My sweet girl has been at Little Explorers since she was five months old; she will be 3 in November. She has had some great teachers, Ms. Dorothy, Ms. Rosie, Alejandra, etc. These are just a few that I can recall at the moment. I have visited a few other daycares that would have been a more leisurely, shorter commute to work, but they do not compare or have the standards set from what I have seen at Little Explorers! But sadly the time to go back to work came quicker than so I thought. We searched and took numerous tours trying to find the perfect daycare for our miracle baby girl. We did not want to put her with just anyone or anywhere. It needed to be close to perfect. Luckily we found Bear Creek Kindercare. The teachers are all very involved. The place is always clean. The sheets in the infant room are wash everyday. The teachers send me daily reports of what my daughter is doing. They also eased my transition back to work with pictures of my daughter constantly. If something ever happens to my baby they call, text and send me an incident report. I always know what it is happening and when. The admin staff knows every parent and child by name. They also know what is going on in the families to make better interpersonal relationships with their families. When I drop my daughter off at daycare, I sincerely feel I am dropping her off with family. I couldn't have asked for a better place to put my daughter that I prayed for for so long.

She was there from newborn to preschool then before and after school and every summer camp. The teachers are so loving and many of them have been there for my daughter's entire life. Very low turnover, all the teachers know her by name and they know us as parents. Clean, safe, secure, and off the main roads but in a really great area. Long story short, the owner Ann Ezumah took her sweet time to half ass respond to my serious concerns as a parent because she was away on vacation. After providing me footage of how it actually occurred it was addressed with no urgency she also never met with me in person only over message and email. What owner do you know does that? Honestly. Fast forward: Now that school has begun only 2 of my children remained there as the older one started Kindergarten. They tried to be slick and continue checking in/out my oldest son to make NCI claims. Fraud. They are a money hungry establishment with more "chill and fun" days that require parents to fund them money for said activities rather than more educational days. Every other week there was something they needed money for at the last minute too which explained their disorganization and lack of care for their students and families that keep their business running. Today they messaged me (yes messaged me) that my three year old son could no longer attend due to "behavior" and even went on to use the words "physical assault" on teachers which is almost hilarious because a 3 year old physically assaulting someone just sounds so ridiculous. Ann, the owner couldn't even be professional as the face and representative of her business to meet with me in person for this matter. Also there is NEVER an accredited director or at least assistant director to bring the students in during arrival. Only teachers and their cook, sounds worrisome huh? I will be reporting them to the state of Texas and NCI in effort to possibly help their establishment turn their unprofessionalism around! So I'm probably doing them the greatest favor and the owner probably just needs some help. I signed a contract with Zenith last month, enrolling my daughter in after-school care for this August. I asked written questions about the contract as I was signing, including about the fee schedule. I was okay with being charged an enrollment fee during the sign-up, but was confused that Zenith deducted August 2019's tuition in May. There was never an answer to my questions. But whatever, at least my daughter had after-school care, right? A couple of weeks later, Zenith sent out an email disparaging my daughter's school for revoking their contract with them. In that email, they stated that those who already enrolled may be subject to a refund. Indeed, the contract I signed with Zenith even stated that they prorate tuition if it is not completed. I emailed Zenith directly and asked about a refund. They literally said, "Sorry, we spent all of the funds so there is nothing left to refund." Instead, they want me to pursue my daughter's school for the refund. 1. My contract is not with the school, it was with Zenith. 2. Zenith withdrew the funds. I have already filed a BBB complaint. I want everyone to know that this "non-profit" only cares about your money; not your kid's learning or being your partner. They want your money up front and have no intention of giving it back when they fail to provide the tutoring and care to your child.
