Ps I have photos of all that was wrong. First I would go get your vehicle re certified by your mechanic not theirs. Second their service depart is there to take your money. So I bought a Cadillac Escalade used 2010. I bought this yes it had high K's on it but apparently the motors was replaced so i went for it. Now here where the problems come started. They took more than a week to get it ready. Then it was a evening pick up I sit with Connie and she goes through all they apparently did.lol what a joke. Nothing was done. They said the A/C worked ya right not even a Belt there. The windshield leaked they wouldn't fix it. Rust all around the window I did not see. I replaced a door. Because of holes. I did about $5500 in Body work fixing the exterior with all the holes they covered up. Lower Ball Joint was replaced brake pads had to be replaced. Wipers did not work had them fixed. The windshield/ ball joints / brakes are all part of the safety. This dealership is a joke. Yes nice but they're Snakes in suits. I have all photos and documentation of what I did and what they said they did. So I will write a review on every site because after countless emails not one person has phoned back. As for Larry the owner. KARMA IS A xxxxx. How dare you take advantage. I trusted this dealer because of its history also because my uncle and him were at one time business partners. So if you want to take in the xxx like I did from a bunch of people who sells pigs with lipstick on it then go there. This is the worst Dealer and I will be following through with every legal action to but pressure on them so they never screw anyone ever again. Yes it was a only 11,500 vehicle but since I'm already $8000,00 into it I'm not happy. Ps. I asked for them to Krown Rust this vehicle and that was a joke as well. Missed so many spots. After picking up car noticed substantial front end damage that has been repaired except for the black plastic piece under the bumper apparently you need to climb under a car to make sure all is ok! Contacted general manager Ihab and was basically told not there problem I must have hit a curb and they did not show anything reported on the certification by their mechanic! You can clearly see it is old damage! All I wanted was them to fix $100 part! Stay away they don't back up their customers! When you pay $29000 for a vehicle you expect a little respect! Will never use them again!

It's a big job and I knew it would be expensive but I didn't feel like doing them. My friend recommended this shop because he had been going there for years, and said they do good work. When I went there they had no record of the appointment I had made almost a week earlier. So I had to wait a week to go back. After getting my vehicle back I noticed that one of my signal lights wasn't working properly, they got grease on my seat covers, and grease on my carpet on both the driver's side and passenger sides. I didn't complain to the shop about the grease, but I did mention it to my friend and sent him pictures to show him. I brought my truck back to the shop to let them fix my signal and they had it all day to do so. Then I was driving at night the next evening and noticed that now my light on my dash which illuminates my speedometer wasn't working on the left side. But after banging on my dash got it to come back on. I now have to bang on my dash to make it come on until I get a chance to fix it myself. I refuse to go back to them. It's been about a month now and today I went out to my garage to change my alternator during which time I decided to check on the work they did replacing my spark plugs, during which time they have to remove my coils to do so. Almost all of the coils hadn't been tightened properly and a few of the mounting bolts were actually stripped when I attempted to tighten them up. So now some of them are tight but a few can't be tightened. These bolts weren't stripped before. I know this because they bolt into the upper plenum which I bought and replaced brand new a few years ago. Which was installed by a friend of mine who is a licensed mechanic working in a shop, which I was present for and helped install when it was installed.so I know it was all installed properly and deals on wheels is the only one who put hands on it since then. I will never go back there again, and my friend who recommended the shop will no longer go back there either. I should of just did it myself, and I was charged over $1000 for labour for them to do this. Incompetent and unprofessional is all I can say.

Customer service of this dealership is by far the best among all of the other Acura dealerships in GTA, Hamilton and Burlington area. They are very friendly people who treat you like family, respectful, knowledgeable and very personable. Starting with the General Manager Joe Capriotti who personally helped me with the order and delivery of my car. He took care of my like how he would take care of his family and made me feel welcome and valued from start to finish. Grant Mushlian Finance Manager, friendly and very knowledgeable he made me feel immediately welcomed! He goes out of his way to make things right. Amazing Service department starting with Service Manager Andrew Czornoba, is always a pleasure to deal with, a friendly welcoming face that is knowledgeable and ready to help, let's be honest I don't know much about cars, his team by far is one of the main reasons why I service all my Vehicles at Acura on Brant.     This will be lengthy, as I feel the story needs to be told. This dealer is rude and disrespectful-…read morenot to mention dishonest and unwilling to be accountable for issues with the cars he sells. Ultimately the car was not sold as advertised with functioning A/C (in fact the blend door was screwed shut so she wouldn't notice) and did not have Bluetooth as advertised. My mom's experience with this used car dealer in March 2023 started off well. We are from Hamilton and my mom purchased a 2012 Dodge Journey. The dealer drove the car to her from Burlington, knowing she doesn't drive on the highway and she didn't have a car, which I thought was nice. The paperwork was also accompanied by a flyer for a $25 gas card in exchange for a google review completed within a week, which my elderly mom said she would attempt. The car was advertised to have Bluetooth and AC, along with other features. Within a day or two, we noticed there was no Bluetooth capability. My elderly mom called him about this and he said that he had an adapter that would help her connect- but in fact the vehicle is not capable of modern Bluetooth, she could go pick it up if she wanted it. This is where things went awry. During this call, he gave her a hard time about not doing a google review. I texted him immediately something like "Are you really giving my elderly mother a hard time about a leaving you a google review? She doesn't even have a Gmail account." He responded with "Call me." I again pointed out my mom's age and expecting her to do a google review is a bit much and that even I did not have an account to do so. During this call he was quite rude saying things like "Don't play the old person game with me" "I gave her good service she should do a good review for me" amongst other things. (My husband was present and did not feel I was speaking in a manner that deserved his level of rudeness and disrespect). About a month passes, and we had a heat wave in April when my mom needed to use AC, only to find that it would only blow hot air in the passenger side, driver's side mildly cold. Keep in mind this vehicle was required for taking my dad who had palliative cancer to appointments. Given the time of year when she purchased, she did not test if the AC was working as it was cold and she TRUSTED THE CAR HAD AC AS ADVERTISED. We send two text messages to the dealer and no response. We decided to drive to the dealership, thinking it was an oversight and the dealer would be willing to fix it. He was immediately rude saying things like "AC is not part of a safety, you've had it for a month it's your responsibility, And the AC is working, just not everywhere". I was by then very frustrated at the level of rudeness, and for sure was frustrated. I told him she would not have purchased the car if the AC was advertised to only work on one side, asked if he would be ok if someone sold this car to his parents without the features it was advertised. I asked if it was his parents would he be happy with his sick parent being in the car with NO AC in the winter. He escalated things saying I gave your mom an extra 3 months of warranty and I will take it away because I didn't need to do that. We decided to leave. We then took the vehicle to a mechanic who said that the blend door was actually SCREWED to one position. This dealer sold us a car without two features that were advertised and thought it was okay business practice. I recommend you go elsewhere. He is not honest and will not be accountable.

    Bronte Auto Services has been my best car buying experience ever! Over the years I have purchased…read moremany vehicles, but BAS is a family run business and it shows. From the minute I contacted them about them they were extremely accommodating, super helpful, and above all honest. What sets them apart from everyone else is the complete lack of sales pressure. I came back multiple times to check and recheck and drive the vehicle. Each time they gave up time to answer my questions and ensure that I had any and all answers I needed to feel comfortable. What's more, after purchasing the vehicle I had a couple little issues which they totally owned and took care of. Again, this is not the case everywhere. and while these issues meant they now made little to no money on the sale of the vehicle, for them it was more important to have a happy customer. They will now be my first phone call for all future vehicle purchases and I have already been recommending them throughout the car clubs I belong to. Whether you are looking for your 1st or 10th car, you are treated with respect and like one of the family here. I cannot say enough great things about BAS. Thank you gents from everything, this has by far been my best experience and I will certainly be sending you more referrals. Everyone needs someone they can trust when buying a car, I only wish I had found you all years ago!
