We've been with Primrose since my son was 9 months old and he is now almost 14 months old, so we've been in two classrooms so far. We really like his teachers! They had my son doing sign language at 10 months old as it is part of their curriculum. The infant room teachers were so lovable and it is evident that they truly cared about each and every baby. My favorite is how they speak with the babies so lovingly and patiently - exactly how I wanted my little one addressed. Now that he is in the 12-18 month old classroom, he is eating very well, getting a lot of outside time, and they send lots of pictures to show what our son is up to - which is everything from crafts, learning about animals and their sounds, learning about foods, playing musical instruments, reading books, learning to recognize each other's names, reciting the pledge of allegiance every morning, etc. They also work on both fine and gross motor skills. The food variety is also healthy and always sounds delicious. I feel like he gets better food at school than he does at home! I get jealous of what he eats when I get his daily reports! We do encounter hiccups here and there, but mostly minor and not enough to change our feelings about Primrose. It's a really good school and we love it here!

All of the staff seem to know each child's name and personality and go out of their way to interact with the kids. Chestene is a recent and great addition to the team. She listens to our concerns and works with us to address them. She is always engaging with the kids and parents alike and our son runs up to her every time he sees her.

I can't say what a relief it was to find TLE. We're coming up on one year at the school, and I'm still over the moon. The administration and leaders are communicative and efficient, while also having great rapport and relationships with the kiddos. The teachers are talented, kind, patient, and I have the utmost confidence in leaving my children in their care. The curriculum is well-developed and I'm amazed every day at how much my boys have learned. The classrooms are well-equipped with supplies, safe, and clean. They're excited to go to school every day and have discovered at a young age how boring their parents are by comparison! I believe the best proof I can give, beyond having my own children there, is that I encouraged my cousin to enroll her daughter here as well.

Unfortunately all other daycares had a 1yr+ wait lists so we had no choice but to jump on the open spot here and paid to reserve the available spot. Later, we decided to visit the infant daycare room and meet the teachers before our baby started. Thank goodness we did. Every single child in the room was sick with very runny noses and coughs. When we asked what the limitations were for sick children the teachers said that they only turn children away if they have fever, are vomiting or have diarrhea. They flat out told us that we would just have to understand that there were always sick kids in the class and that our child would be getting sick. At one point, one of the more sick children spit up a good amount on the rug where all the kids were playing. The teacher barely wiped it up with a paper towel and spray allowing the other kids to play right where it was. They never wiped the spit up off the child's mouth. He put a rattle in his mouth getting spit up all over it when another child grabbed it and put it in their mouth. There was no real attempt at sanitation to avoid the spread of germs. Also the children were pretty fussy and the teachers did not seem at all confident or comfortable handling it. They seemed very overwhelmed and even frustrated. This was with only 6 children and they take up to 8 in that room. After that visit, there was no way we could imagine

The most recent director is rude, doesn't not listen to you, nor her staffs concerns and the menu is another chapter I could write. My children have had a few great teachers, Jennifer and Maggie stand out to my family the most. As far as for the director, she likes to make sure concerns are addressed for not only her staff but her parent families, mainly when children are present, I have noticed. I had this experience going around in circles not being heard for my own incident that occurred I got talked over and shunned in front of my child, fairly recently. She is not aware of peoples feelings and quite frankly shows a lack not caring for her staff and the children. And really isn't suited for child care with her background. Ohh and don't forget if your child absolutely loves eating curry which I know I have got my 2 and 5 yo to wolf down on a regular basis, then this is your location. No bloody way, it's a child care facility and understanding everyone's food needs are different. There was a weekly menu of when my child started. Now they just make it up on the fly and it's curry this and that when we can't think of a simple staple meal or option for daycare children to enjoy and possibly eat! My kids would come home starving because Madhuri oh yes the director would cook lunch.... Also, there had been a ever revolving episode of where's my child's things and where will I find them today, as numerous people and staff have had their hands in them and things never get moved back to where they belong. One evening I walked into 4 different rooms/ areas to collect my sons items before going home for the weekend, I had been instructed before that "his things will follow him during the day", what a load of **** If you want a good quality teacher but mediocre food, attention and quality for your money, along with someone who doesn't give a rats about your child, this is your place.

la petite academy at mill creek is the worst school ever that you can trust and put your kids with…read morethem. 1st thing is the hygiene is horrible when you walk thru the preschool 2 class you will smell nasty coming from bathroom and kids smelling it all day long, which is will affect the kids health. The director Danielle is new cannot manage the school because every time teacher are calling sick she close the door on parents and don't let the kids in and send short notice until the last minute that make parents frustrated and don't know what to do or where to put their kids if director didn't take them in. the bad parts was is when she sent the msg at last minute telling me that she un-enrolled my daughter without any reason! even I texted her no reply, basically she doesn't care about kids or parents feeling. Finally I don't recommend you to put your kids at this school until they get qualified directors that can solve the issues instead of kicking your kids out of school without further notice.
