Heard the people above me have a domestic altercation and then heard them having "happy time" at 5am.. I thought their bed was going to fall through the ceiling.. The fridge and sink were helpful amenities to have. The fireplace was a great feature also. The location was easy to get to and convenient when walking around town. All in all, I don't think I'll be going back to this place.

The walls are thin, so you can hear all of your neighbor's "festivities." There was no fan in the room, so it's a sleep-with-the-window open place in the summer. They said there was WIFI, but there was only 1 network that could be picked up in the room and it wasn't one of the 2 networks that they provided a password for. There is room to park a trailer, which is nice given all of the off-roading in Red River. The biggest problem is with the water temperature control. It swings from scalding hot to frigid repeatedly with not much time anywhere in between. I assume several units are tied together, but the shower was unbearable. All in all, they charge an appropriate rate for the amenities and the area.
