All reviews that're negative are old. Gave em a try as I couldn't resist quantity for price. I'm a heavy medical mj user, now this is my go-to for pens. Shipping is quick and I've had 0 quality issues. I don't doubt their other options are awesome. There was an issue with payment at first, customer support was swift to get back to me. I use for medicine, it's a relief being able to get a 6g yes SIX Gs pen for the price of a 1g one at a smoke shop. I go through an ounce of MEDICAL flower in 4-6 days but the Cake 6g lasted me an entire WEEK by itself. It's legit and will SAVE YOUR FINANCES AND WOW YOUR FRIENDS especially if you're in a no-rec and no-med US state. If you don't understand what A, B, P, and H-Oxy11 are I suggest you learn, it's not "fake stuff" and you're missing out if you don't read more

CHINESE KNOCKOFFS, BUYER BEAWARE Dismissive customer service response, Dont Buy from this company!!, recently bought a "tombstone" battery for vape cartridges, it arrived dead, I tried multiple USB c charging cords and outlets before deciding to reach out. just toget a response of, " did you try a cartridge?" umhm yes. it doesn't work because it doesn't even charge. unfortunately I don't have the time to keep shipping products back and forth and decided to eat the purchase and find a retail store local. I wouldn't support this company if you have a choice for ANY other vape supply I would without a doubt go to them over DiscountVapePen. read more

Go to any other site to buy your vapes. Cuz, this place lies. I paid to get my order in 1-3 days. Still going to take a week. When I contacted them. Was told too bad. They don't refund any shipping cost. But, it's ok for them to take (steal) my money that i paid for the faster shipping. Then, not follow through 2 months in a row! I'll bet someone else gets my $100+ order next time! read more

My misinformed experience at this shop began Friday October 25,2019. I walked into the shop somewhere around 4pm and ask the employee, if they had any dry herb vaporizer's. He then proceeds to show me the Gpen nova and the Atmos jump. I was dashing at the moment and just received an order, so I decided to think about the two some more as I attend to my dash. I then returned back to the store around 9:30pm after my dasher schedule had come to an end for the night and purchased the gpen nova *( FYI this is not the same employee that first guided me to the nova)*. Excited about my new purchase, I wasted no time and unboxed it right there in the lot. I threw the pen on the charge and begin reading the shortest manual I've ever read. The manual reads " instructions for use: Step 3. Remove mouthpiece from tank and use tool attachment to load CONCENTRATES* into chamber. * THE G PEN NOVA IS INTENDED FOR USE WITH CONCENTRATES ONLY", clearly stated in the manual. I walk back into the shop and tell the guy at the counter this manual say CONCENTRATES only, he tells me "it's good for both, dry herb and concentrates". Being that I'm new to herb vaporizing, I figured the employee knows his shit right? Fast forward, I try a small amount of herb and the shit would not work. I bring it in to the shop the next morning October 26, 2019, I explain my situation to an employee who greeted me but I feel like he's the shop owner (unimportant detail). He also tells me that the G Pen Nova is both dry herb and Concentrates, interesting, THREE different individuals within this establishment are misleading a customer like this... I knew I wouldn't be able to return this pen since I attempted to use it, but as a shop y'all fucked up, point blank. I was guided to this product by your air quote trained and skilled employees. The shop should've just taken that loss, because Their Product Knowledge wasn't up to par and unintentionally sold me the wrong product. The guys in there are super cool, but I can't respect how they handled this situation. The best deal I was offered was a discount on product, sounds like the customer literally has to pay for the employees mistake..... read more

Discount Vape Pen - The shortest instruction manual ever - Vape Shops Near Me - Roselle, New Jersey

Unbelievable, very unprofessional. I had a long history of ordering coils from this company, I have the unfortunate experience of ordering two boxes, and one of which don't work correctly, the owner and I wrote back-and-forth trying to solve the issue, then he finally told me to just go ahead and sue him instead of doing the right thing and helping me solve this problem. I even was about to order more from this clown in addition to empty tanks for another vape device I had. You know what, I'm gonna cut and paste the conversation between us so that you can see what kind of person you're going to do business with before hand..... you've been warned!!!! Seller says: "SUE ME" Wow, that's your response! Holy buddy, I am I gonna have a blast with your reviews! In addition to the extra coils I wanted to order, I was also wondering if you had empty tanks for sale from SMOK for the G-Priv RMP 2? Sure you wanna go down this business route, I really like doing business with you, but I'm not gonna do business with anybody that treats me like garbage and tries to wiggle their way out of something because they want to try and save a buck. Meanwhile, you're losing 100 from this customer, doesn't make much sense to me buddy so I'll give you another shot. Do you really want to do this cause I'd really like to continue doing business with you but again there's plenty of other Distributors out there. I just like to continue having the relationship that I've established. I'm very disappointed in the response. I'm getting to a complaint that is not only accurate but completely acceptable.... Tell you what, never mind what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna order another one from you using my business address and then I'll just switch the boxes and return it to you. I could be a jerk too Respectfully, David Date of experience: November 28, 2023 read more

If i want them to send it out again, i have to pay shipping again. When i called, the When i emailed twice to inquire as to why this is, i got no reply. This place is insanely rude. I am a very unhappy customer! I have never had a company tell me,"it's my address that's the issue." As I receive my Amazon, eBay, and all my Veteran (Government) mail to the address on giving, with proof of residency. This place is amazing. I am a customer for life. I won't ever go look anywhere else. I live in Los Angeles area. I been to many stores. I have called many stores. Great selection to choose from and quick delivery, its a shame their return policy is only 5 days from the time you recieve it which may include a restocking fee. I've looked at several different sites, all of which have a 30 day return policy with 100% money back. I bought my pen as a gift so had to wait until I saw my friend, they tried it, but the cartidge they used was too big. By that point it was 11 days since I recieved the pen, I reached out to Discount Vape Pen to ask for the RA number to return it, but was told I'm no longer able to return it since it has been more than 5 days. This policy is impractical and needs to be revisted. Please be aware of this return policy before you buy from here. read more

Bought a vape pen last year that stopped working on all carts after a month and had problems charging from the start. Bought an upgraded pen last week and within 10 days, that one had issues. Tried to return it with receipt for a refund and was given the 3rd degree. Only after complaining did they issue me a refund and not just an exchange. 7 day money back return policy, otherwise it is exchange only. read more

I was contacted by Mark, the owner, a few days after posting my review. He apologized and made an offer to correct the situation. I no longer had the part in question so he instead offered me a discount on a new juice. I went to the shop today and met with the other owner, whose name is escaping me at the moment, and they followed through on their promise. I picked up a new juice, was given a free small bottle so I could try something new and was also give 2 entries into a raffle they are currently running for a Smok Alien 220 kit with all kinds of extra's. Would really be nice to win that. Overall, very satisfied with the service and their willingness to correct a mistake. I will shop there again when looking for new juice or coils. read more
