Despite that, I agreed to move forward. He later promised to maintain both the front and back yard for a fixed rate, but when I reached out the next time, he referred me to someone else. That person then said he wouldn't do the work for that amount. In the end, the original worker gave multiple false promises, didn't show up when he said he would, and took no responsibility for any of it. He stated he didn't owe me anything and saw no issue with how he handled the situation. I wouldn't recommend working with him if you value reliability, honesty, and fair pricing.
