Went in to have a Tire fixed, but was told nothing wrong with my tires. I had bought them there two years before so not due for replacement. I went to Firestone for a second opinion as my low tire indicator light still turning on, and they found a nail in my tire right away. Will NOT be going back to that location. read more

Scam. About 6 months ago I went there to get a tire fixed. The tech (I am using the term loosely) insisted on collecting information on a truck I drove, even though the wheel in question rode in the back, and, as far as he knew, did not even come from that truck. And now I see why. About early 2022, they sold me a set of tires for a different vehicle. Today, my wife went over to fix a leaky tire under warranty. The first thing she heard was that both front tires needed replacement (and was offered credit for that right on the spot - how kind of them!). My question is, did they sell me lousy tires that have gone to cr*p in two years then (doubt that - I intentionally picked a reputable manufacturer), or are they lying to her now? Are they really that desperate to try to take advantage of a vulnerable (or so she looks) female by trying to upsell? I think I know the answer, but I am open to hearing their excuses. I walked into the store at 8:10AM. The guy who was helping me said that it would be about 45 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me. I told him "good, I have a meeting that I need to be in by noon so I need to be out of here in 45 minutes to an hour, AT THE LAYEST". Fast forward an hour and a half and my car still had not been touched. I'm now half an hour late for my meeting. My car finally gets pulled into the bay and it takes 20 minutes longer than it should have. I'm now almost an hour late for my meeting. Needless to say I am not happy! read more

I have used Discount Tire for 10+ years. I had one tire replaced and my tires rotated yesterday. When I left the store my tire pressure sensor was on so I went back. An employee told me to just look it up in the manual to fix it. That did not go over well with me. I informed a different employee and the matter was resolved promptly-including addressing the first employee's handling of the matter. I left as a satisfied customer after all! read more

I live in San Antonio and I'm in Victoria for a vendor show. I purchased a full set of tires about two months ago in San Antonio. This morning at the hotel my right rear was 23 pounds. I filled it up with air but all day I worried about it because I have to drive home. I got here right after closing time but they still looked at my tire. Turns out I have a screw in my tire. They are replacing it. If you guys are buying tires anywhere other than Discount Tires you are nuts. These guys have customer service down to an art.
