Great price and great service for the replacement of four tires. My appointment started when promised and was completed in 45 minutes. However, after returning home a few hours after the appointment, I noticed some damage to one of the wheel covers. I reported it a week later in my customer survey, not really expecting anything to happen because it had been so long since the service appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when Discount Tire called the next day and offered to repair the damage. read more

They went above and beyond to get us four new tires to fit our suv to get us on the road so we could get home! We had 329 till we were home and they had to send a carrier service to get our tires! They were a life saver for sure!! Always had a good experience with Discount tires in the past but being out of town and in desperate need of tires they were the best!! read more

I have used Discount Tires in the past. This time, I bought a set of tires and a week later the valve on one went out, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere with two small children. After a couple of hours I got someone to help me put on the spare. I was hoping Discount would comp me road hazard on these tires since my confidence in this set is kaput. But they couldn't spare the 40 dollars that would cost. I will not be using this company again. read more

POOR QUALITY & VALUE DISHONEST WARRANTY OVER PRICED I spent $700 per tire and after less than one year was refused warrantied service and was told I had to buy all new $2800 tires. This company takes no responsibility for their actions and has an egregious disregard for their customers. read more

Fantastic place to go if you need tires!!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I bought a new set of tires last year and got the warranty (highly recommend). I'm a delivery driver and drive a lot, these tires are high quality. I ended up getting a nail in one of my tires and got a flat. They fixed this issue for me, if you have one in yours and you have the warranty they will either patch it or replace it for you. I didn't have the receipt for my warranty, but they used my phone number and found it!!! Very trustworthy people here, highly recommend! read more

Was in and out in jiffy. I had a very good experience and will be back when I need tires again.

Tire had a hole in it. We have been a customer for many years and had road hazard on this tire. Ours is a commercial account. While they replaced the tire, our driver had to wait for 2 hours. I asked the service be expedited because we are commercial and had deliveries to make. The local store on Thomasville Rd in Tallahassee and their regional office refused to help. Our entire delivery day was wrecked because of staff not worried about customer service. Our company will find a different vendor for tires and I will take my personal business elsewhere. Extremely disappointed by someone we have done business with for years. read more

As a hurricane evacuee, I needed 4 new tires on my CRV. Ariel was amazing. He deserves a pay raise. read more

I have been to a few Discount Tire Stores and this one did not disappoint. I booked an appointment online and selected and paid for my tires in advance of arriving. Once there the check-in process took less than five minutes and replacing and balancing two new tires only took about 20 minutes. They said they were not busy that day but the time and efficiency are stellar. I will return. read more

Had a chunk of metal stuck in one of the tires on my RV. I got there just prior to their opening for the day. At exactly 8:am, they unlocked the door and store personnel filed out, each assigned to a customer waiting outside. My guy followed me out to the RV, found the metal stuck in the tire. He returned moments later with a pliers and removed a metal chunk that was 3" long, 1" wide and 1/4" thick. Thankfully, it had only stuck in the tread and hadn't pierced through the tire. He shook my hand, congratulated me for "dodging a bullet", saod no charge and wished me a great day. AWESOME SERVICE! read more

The service was amazing thank you Blake and the entire team for the best experience in town! Very efficient at the job and quick to truly care about the customers in a timely manner , no complaints recommend also the best prices!! read more

I've been avoiding changing my tires for like months now, because I was so stressed out about going to the mechanics. But this place made it seamless. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes staff was friendly and professional, answered all of my questions.. read more

There are no words strong enough to correctly describe the amazing service I received at this location. I'm newer to Tallahassee and had a flat tire - I chose this store as a crap shoot. The guys there were friendly, honest, and exceedingly kind, had my car up and running within a short amount of time (even though the problem was a cracked wheel - Tallahassee potholes) and didn't overcharge. I will be going back because of their service, and frankly don't care if I could get the service for a few bucks cheaper elsewhere. Special shout outs to Blake and Tyler. Y'all are the best! read more

I came there earlier today with a emergency tire repair for my fiancée. Typical flat tire issue. BUT, the assistant manager KYLE PAPY took care of everything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and Kyle especially to help you take care of all of your tire needs. This is the only establishment that I have ever dealt with for tires for my car. But that is a different story. WTG Kyle! Thanks! read more

We were on our way to Orlando and tire pressure dropped. We turned around and came back to Discount Tire. They were so busy and was going to be 2 hour wait. BUT Bryan worked us in within 45 minutes, got the flat repaired!. THEN they did not charge us. Great and very friendly, helpful group. Will definitely use Discount Tire back home in Panama City! Thank you so much! read more

I made a appointment a couple days ago to get a hole patched in my tire due to a screw. These folks were extremely polite and professional. I waited less than 30 min to get my tire done and when it was done I was informed they replaced the tire entirely. Now that's awesome service. They even remembered my truck and asked about my bird dog . Great folks read more

Replaced 4 tires, fair pricing, great customer service, in and out including the wait 30 minutes!

WARNING - Went in for a nail in tire, left with a dented door 1.5 hrs later. An employee hit it with a tool, likely a wrench. Literally the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had with a tire shop. Should've taken it across the street, any competent tire shop would've taken 20 mins and NOT DENTED my car in the process. Also don't bother with their appointment system, they don't look at it. read more

I really like Discount Tires. I like the people there. They have great staff. They bend over backwards for their customers! They are Johnny on the spot with any tire problems and give great tire advice. I Love these guys! Love the Manager. He is a class person. Have been a customer for over 20 years... Five Stars - For the local Tallahassee Discount Tire Store and the hard working employees there. One Star - For the Discount Tire Rebate Program. ... Word to the Wise... Not to disrespect anyone personally. But the Rebate Program is somewhat complicated and easy to misunderstand. The Promotion Rebate is only good for a Sales Invoice, not a Lawaway Invoice. A valid Sales Transaction with an Invoice number and sales date showing that an actual sale took place during the promotion period, is mandatory. Otherwise, the Rebate Center will not honor it, even if the local Discount Tire store goes to bat for you. In my case, a very honorable Store Manager tried to sort out my tire purchase situation. No cigar. Yeah, there are more details: My Layaway Tires arrived after the promotion period and I changed to a better set of tires on the install date. Bottomline: No matter what you do, the completed purchase (With Sales Slip) must be dated within the rebate period. Everything has to match... tire manufac, promotion dates, and Invoice number in line with the Promotion requirements. read more

With appt 4 new tires installed & balanced in 45 minutes. Very professional. Very clean guest area.

The staff outside is helpful, but the person I dealt when it came to the sale did some sneaky selling and left out some important information that would have affected my decision. He failed to explain the extra fees that come with the warranty when you'll actually need it. He was quick to let Me know I could come back anytime to get my tire changed the next couple of years, but failed to explain that I'd have to pay pretty much half the price of a new tire to get the old one replaced should anything happen to it. Deceptive selling technique, I honestly feel like I got bamboozled. read more

I really like Discount Tire. I have used them in other cities and honestly the service is always wonderful. They have fixed my tire for free when there was a hole even though I didn't buy the tire from them. This past Friday, I made an appoint in the morning and arrived on time and had two new tires put on the front of my car. The price I was quoted online is what I was charged in store. 45 minutes later, I left with two new tires and a happy customer. read more

Found my new tire shop! Had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. Scheduled my appointment online with ease! I showed up early and they gladly took care of me. After I returned to pick up my vehicle, to my surprise, no charge! I was expecting to pay something, anything! It is not often in this day of age that people, let alone companies go above and beyond to take care of their customers! I will be a customer for life! read more

I was searching for a set of black rims for my 2020 Camaro and found the perfect fit so I reached out to this location and started the purchase process with Sam the Asst Mgr. We went over pricing and he came in with a quote that was less than the Discount Tire Online quote so purchase was made. The rims were on backorder which was a little frustrating but Sam kept me posted through the process. I was informed when they were in and setup the appt to install and Sam made sure the install went seemlessly. I was also very pleased with the installers as well they took great care to make sure the install was done perfectly and took the time to explain a rebate and re program my tire pressure sensors. I would highly recommend Sam and his team they will treat you like royalty and he will get you the best pricing possible!!! read more

LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This place tried scamming me twice on prices. Literally drive to the next closest place and thank me later. I went in for a nail in my tire and they said I needed a brand new one for $115. Curious I drove to the next closest one that patched it for free and said that it was a tiny nail that was 0 issue. (Also you could find new tires for around $75) Next I needed help just changing my tire since I didn't have a jack and they said it would be $35 for "time and effort" THIS PLACE IS A LEGIT SCAM. I don't write reviews but this place treated me so horrendously that this'll be my first. I wish I could give a negative review. If you ever shop here it'll be out of your laziness to just view other prices. read more

We were traveling down from Indiana. Got a flat. They had us in and out in a half hour. Staff was super friendly and helpful you could tell that they all really love their job. My tire light went off and after putting air in it myself at a gas station. It seemed there was a leak because my light never went off. I pulled into discount tire and was immediately helped by Cody. This is the only place in town I'll go for tires in town. Every time I come in, Jacob goes above and beyond to make sure I'm not over paying and that I'm getting the best products. The service is always super quick too! I was able to walk in with no appointment and get a brand new set of tires in under an hour. I know nothing about tires but I never feel like I'm going to get taken advantage of when he's helping me. Highly recommend this location and Jacob specifically! read more

Twice I've had large tractor tires come off bead where I couldn't fix the problem myself. Both times Discount Tire has been there to help. My cost? $5.99. It takes at least 20 minutes of work to fix and they're always cheerful and fast. But why 5 stars? Because the $5.99 is the price of a dozen KK doughnuts. Since Discount Tire won't take any money to fix this problem and I consider it mission critical work, I can't think of any better way to say thanks than a huge sugar rush. Well that and the KK is across the street. And yes, I know I need to check the air pressure more often and this probably wouldn't happen. Thanks, Robert & Crew! 10/21/2010 - In less than 10 minutes they replaced a valve stem on a golf cart tire for free. Told me, "It's free--just come see us when you need to buy tires." I will. Competitive with COSTCO, I've found. What's more - I can walk to/from here so it's a no-brained for me. Good selection in stock - warranties seem priced reasonably. Paid $393 for two top-tier Michelin AND replacement RF tire-level transmitters. staff is focused on getting you in and out. located next to the Gate station and across the street from Marco's and Tropical Smoothie, in the event you don't want to wait there - although it's not a bad area. Bonus is you can pull in the first bay and get your tires pumped up for free - provided you're driving on Discount Tire tires. read more

My husband and I got our last set of tires from Discount Tire and we will never go anywhere else again. They far surpass any other tire place, and I have used a lot. They give you Free Rotations and let you make an appointment for which they have always been ready when I got there, and will even tell you over the phone if you are due for a rotation. You can also go there at any time to get your tire pressure checked and are always very speedy and nice about it. This is the best place in town to get tires and service from! read more

Five stars because despite a lengthy wait (I'd say there's a reason these guys are so busy though) I had great customer service throughout my stay. They also patch tires for free and take time to educate (without pressuring) you on what you need. Definitely would recommend this place if you have any tire needs! read more

I always, always purchase tires from this company. I love the warranty that comes with it, the free rotations and the free tire pressure check. This location is a busy one; however, its handled well. I remembering calling on a Saturday to see if I needed to make any appointment and was told, "no just come on in." I was afraid because it was the weekend. I was quoted a reasonable time and was in and out within that time frame. This location is neat and clean and there are even a couple of benches to sit outside. The fumes from the mechanic shop may start to get to you but I appreciate the availability of outdoor seating. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to purchase anything. I hate to feel like someone is attempting to "upsell" me and I did not sense that here. I liked that without hesitation, they would spin around that computer monitor to show me that price of each tire as well as the tire ratings. I felt this allowed me to make a good decision about which option was best for me. I definitely recommend this location. read more
