I came in to get new tires & a new set of wheels installed. They installed the new wheels & tires, which the wheels fit properly because they were on my car before. After the install the wheels were squeaking very loudly, they pulled the new tires and wheels off, claimed they did not cause the loud noise, but there was no noise/squeaking prior to their install, and left me with my new wheels and no tires to go on them. 2 almost 3 hour wait for a patch. After notifying my tire was low they still continue to wait until it got completely flat to move it. I also told the guy I had set an appointment through the app but he avoided this and checked me in as a walk in. Not only was the customer service horrible at this location, I'm now noticing the patch was done poorly and seems to be coming off so now I have to go out of my way and have someone do it correctly.
