They tell me they'll call me back in 5 minutes so they can check the status(spoiler they don't) 20 minutes pass by and I decide to call again and they FINALLY say their finished and ready for pick up. I arrive and MY TIRES AREN'T EVEN MOUNTED TO MY RIM, I ask where my tires are because they're over 500 dollars for just a pair of them. They look confused and have to go ask before me having to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby for them to mount and balance them. I pick up my wheels and the product isn't even anything to brag about, it's straight and polished but you can clearly see where they welded and polished the bend, not to mention they ripped and tightened down the ever loving piss out of my valve stem seal and now it's torn and protruding instead of sitting flush, and when asked what happened was told 'it's a common thing to happen'. Paid 335 dollars for all of this. Yeah they have good ratings but I hope you have a better experience than I did because Jesus Christ I had a horrible time dealing with them
