To my surprise they were only 10 min away from my home which made it more convenient but also their pricing beat out any other pricing I received. Make things even better they were able to get the set of tires for me same day when I would have had to wait for the tires at the other shops. They never asked for my name, credit card, phone number. They just asked me to text them the address. I did so with no response. After waiting 90 min, twice the time they said, I texted and asked for an ETA with no response. After waiting 2 hours, I called and the same guy answered and said I'm sorry, let me check with him to see when he will be there and I will call you right back. Still didn't ask for a number. After 30 min of waiting for a call back I called agaim but no answer. At the 3 hour mark, I called another company who had multiple drivers available and they got one on the way while they took all my info down. They were very professional. I tried calling MNS back 3 times to tell them to cancel but they would not answer. They finally replied to my google review claiming it must have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding. How is not responding to texts, not calling back when you say you will, not answering not once but 5 times a misunderstanding or miscommunication???? Its horrible business practices is what it is. If you commit to the job, you do the job or you call back and explain. Sorry but there was absolutely NO excuse for saying you are coming and then never showing up and not calling, responding to text or answering the phone. And if something did happen, then you call and apologize at the first opportunity. I would get out and push my vehicle before ever calling this service again!
