Yes, you can sometimes get someone who's distracted or having a bad day, but I'd have say that every time I've needed some odd-ball nut or bolt, or needed the counter person to go the extra mile on exchanging or returning something, they don't balk or act like it's a hassle. I live by the one in Fountain and when my truck would start this morning I took it there to be tested. Lauren couldn't find me in the system. She looked multiple different ways and then called the Briargate store just to see if they could pull me up. They found me right away, she doesn't know why I wouldn't pull up in the Fountain system. She could have easily said I can't find you and you don't have your receipt. She went out of her way with excellent customer service! My battery was replaced under the warranty and I am happily driving again!

They both told me yes. When I later reviewed the recommended work and tried to accept it, the diagnostic fee was still being charged. I called to clarify and was told they do not waive that fee. As I was on my way to pick up my truck, I then received a message saying they would waive it this time, but that it's not their standard practice. That completely contradicts what I was told upfront. I relied on that information when making my decision, and it turned out not to be accurate. Because of that, I chose to pick up my truck and not move forward with the work. I won't be returning or recommending this place. Still give them a 2 because they used to be honest.
