He double checked all my other tires' pressure to be safe before I left. I was having issues with a low tire, noticed as screw stuck in it, so I took it to Firestone of University. They checked it out and told me it didn't pierce through, so I was good to go. Next morning, tire pressure light turns back on. Obviously, I wasn't about to trust Firestone again and a coworker recommended Rios. They did not disappoint! Carlos showed me my tire with the SAME screw STILL in there. Clearly, Firestone didn't even bother taking it out the day before! From now on, I'm taking all of my tire business to Rios and you should, too! :)

He is willing to work with us and giving us the option to potentially refund and finance, even after the fact. I sincerely appreciate this excellent follow-up and it shows that the upper management respond to customer dissatisfaction and care. Thank you for making this right!** Well. Merry Christmas to us! $500+ later in unexpected car repairs. I went in to pick up my car from Pueblo Tires (in Edinburg) after work and asked to file the paperwork to finance our payments so we could possibly still have a Christmas and pay our bills this month. The clerk responded with "it's going to take a long time." Ok. And? I said, well, I have to get my kid from daycare. Am I supposed to just get her car seat and call someone to pick me up? He responded by telling me that would be best because it would take 45 minutes to an hour for him to type in all of the information and would be a waste of time if we were not approved. (They were open for another hour). So now I'm standing in the repair shop with the clerk telling me that he's pretty much refusing to do any decent customer service and I'm SOL. I asked again and was told again that it was just going to take too long. Well, fantastic. I'm glad you just don't feel like doing your job today! This an advertised feature they offer and were outright unwilling to assist a customer. I finally gave up when he asked out loud, in front of other customers, "well, how's your credit?" Not ok and not for you to decide. Also, the sign and brochure for this service clearly state that no credit is needed and I had my paycheck stubs on hand to prove my income (as stated in the brochure). I'm not sure what happened to basic human decency and customer service, but you obviously won't find it here. We have been here several times for convenience of location, but will not be returning.
